Dear Friends,

I'm trying to find ways to co-create our new paradigms here. I'm trying to take what I have learned, and put it into practice. Yes, I am a human BEING...but see, I'm still practicing.

This is a  book review I came across.  Both the author and the reviewer make some good points.

This morning I've been reading online news items. Very little of it looks like good news. I watched a video on YouTube of a shanty town - a tent city near Los Angeles. That video's misleading, as it implies that the occupants are victims of the housing bubble.

I just had an interesting experience happen to me last Sunday. I was at the Sweat You Prayers Five Rhythms dance, and towards the end of it when the music got to be soft and deep I had a flash of myself from the far future. I was seeing myself being over 80 years old, long grey hair, being in a very sunny place laughing and full of joy.
