In case you hadn't noticed...

We need to have pointed out that THEY aren't all bad. Oh, how I have mourned the loss of Shirley Chisolm. There are lights, and they aren't all "out there."

When I scrunch my eyes up and the light is right, I can see that outline aura. As soon as I blink, it goes away. We used to meet on a Sunday evening as a group to discuss various spiritual topic and this eventually degenerated into somebody reading extracts from various books. This was very sweet and kind, but I am a voracious reader and can actually read all by myself! So I used to get bored and tuned out and spent the rest of the time - you guessed it - scrunching up my eyes, trying to see out of the corner of my eyes, looking just past people, etc to try and see their auras (I think that is the physical body). It used to make people quite uncomfortable at times because they can feel one sort of staring at them. Well it kept me amused and if I saw them twitching, I would pick on somebody else.

One evening I was attending a talk by a lady who works with crystals and is very knowledgeable about them. This was fascinating. She was sitting on the steps of a platform with her crystals piled up around her. The light was fairly dim. Suddenly somebody switched on a spotlight behind her and her whole head and shoulders were enveloped in a bright golden light. I looked away and the light was gone. Well, you guessed it, I spent the rest of the talk making the light go on an off. When I told a friend about it, she said that this was the mental body and one could sometimes see it when the person was very passionate about their subject! I told the lady about it and she was intrigued.

You may have realised that I have a problem with listening to long speeches. That is a throwback from being forced to sit in church for hours on end. I developed my own fantasies to pass the time. Became supergirl and saved the world or whatever!
