Ingesting Hydrogen Peroxide

A friend sent me this web site regarding Hydrogen Peroxide. I have heard of this befoe - but have never seen so much information in one place! This is some 52 pages!

After having gone through this - I am SO going to get some of this stuff!

I went through the website & didn't see where to acquire the food grade H2O2. Do you have a source?

I just googled it here in Portland - and sure enough there was a co-op food place here in town that carries it. If you order it online - you will have to pay "hazardous materials" handling fees - and they are steep. A $40 quart will cost $20 to ship for instance - so try your home town first - and if you need to get it online, here are a couple of sources:

My mate did this for years....thought it helped for a long time now he says it didn't really do anything......?....who knows?.....

I have used food grade hydrogen peroxide on a number of occasions for different things. I followed a protocol using 3 drops, then 4, 5 etc, up to 25 drops 3 x daily and then reversing for systemic candida after several years on prednisone and antibiotics in the 90's.  I use it in a nebulizer (1-2 drops) with colloidal silver when other measures do not clear up breathing issues now (I am not endorsing this, simply stating my own experience with it!) I use it dilute (1 part H202 to 11 parts water) to clean fruit, veggies and countertops, etc.

I don't recommend mail ordering it, and I have to caution strongly how you store it as well.  I keep it refrigerated and labeled as a poison out of reach of children.  I have had a dropper bottle of it explode on a sunny countertop and it is caustic enough to 'eat' the dropper after awhile in it's 35 % state. Just be careful with the stuff if you choose to use it.  I obtain it at local health food stores easily here John. You should be able to get it too. You're just looking for 'food grade' hydrogen peroxide.

I have a quart that cost $18 a few years ago, that I am still using. NEVER take this stuff internally without dilution and read much before any use please. I can verify that using a pulse oximeter to measure oxygen, my levels did improve using a 3x day regimen.

I use the drug store variety to brush teeth every now and then (I very carefully and thoughoughly rinse afterwards), should I be concerned that it isn't the food grade kind?

Onesong - Do you think your nebulizer protocall will help my asthma? I understand that you are not endorsing this but wondering if the breathing issues you are personally experiencing are the same as mine.

Thanks-

Wendy

Wendy, the drugstore variety is usually 3.5% solution and has added stabilizers which is the issue with store brand and for rinsing etc shouldn't matter, it can be used in a spray bottle for disinfecting hard surfaces etc and it's very inexpensive. For many uses the food grade should be diluted to near the same 3.5% (why it lasts so long for most uses).

I'm short on time this morning, but I'll get back with you re: asthma a bit later today or tomorrow. It is a condition that I deal with, but not in the same ways I did when I was first diagnosed.

Wendy has asked about hydrogen peroxide and asthma and I was going to post privately to her, but decided maybe others are also interested. I was not a childhood asthmatic, I had strep infections every winter.  I spent many years taking tetracycline which is less effective and destroys teeth because my mother is severely allergic to penicillin and so they would not give it to me. By teens and twenties I did alot better. My first child was born when I was 25, and she had 10 years of chronic life threatening health issues. Her problems were largely at night, and I slept very little during those years. As she began to improve, my health began to decline.

In 1990 following a girl scout troop camper training exercise over a weekend of pouring rain I came home with strep again and rapidly became seriously ill. I was placed on a ventilator because I could not breathe on my own and all other options (prednisolone, IV antibiotics, nebulizer treatments) were not helping. It was tremendously frightening, my kids were 4 and 6 at the time. Fortunately I was able to be taken off the vent within a couple days but came home with about 9 meds. Allergy docs, pulmonary specialists, and my wheezing just got worse and worse.

Nobody said get rid of carpeting, get an air filter, get rid of chemicals in your diet, drink pure water-      I began researching for myself, began finding the time to meditate again as I had done before I had kids, and slowly things 'came' to me as I needed them.

First, I learned that oil of oregano is excellent for bronchospasm and fungal infections, often an issue when taking antibiotics. It is always in my medicine cabinet, at the advent of a cough it is my first defense. Then I learned about colloidal silver and actually wasted money buying the stuff, until I learned it is so easy and costs pennies to make. At first signs of a cough or flu I take an ounce morning and night and increase other liquids like herbal tea and water. I rinse my mouth with it, and have not had a dental cavity since. Some advocate taking colloidal silver everyday, but I use it as needed. It also works miracles as a burn dressing and can be made into a gel for topical uses.

Ok, back to peroxide, I believe the first link sited above is where I first read about it, but I always wait until I've had 3 'sources' tell me something is good before I make much of it. After 3-2 week courses of antibiotics way back when, I not only still had wheezing, I also had topical fungal issues.  This was underneath my arms, breasts, coated my tongue..anyone that's ever had athletes feet or jock itch knows it is not fun at all. So I tried the peroxide protocol using 3 drops of food grade in 8 oz of water and working up to 25 drops 3x a day. I stayed at that level for several weeks, and then titrated back down until I was off of it. i won't say it was totally pleasant, as I got into higher drops I found my mouth very dry and had some nausea which did improve using lecithin as Jeff's link suggests. But my skin irritation improved, oxygen levels improved, and now as long as I'm diligent about a healthy low sugar, primarily veg whole food diet I do very well. I have used peroxide/colloidal silver via nebulizer but I don't advocate anyone doing so as I am NOT a doctor. I think somewhere in Jeff's link they talk about peroxide via cool mist humidifier with distilled water (or it may be IV) for emphysema. I also do breathwork that I've learned via yoga and also some buteyko breath control exercises to bring my breathing more into awareness at times.

I live in the freezing north, err let's see it's 30 today, 50 tomorrow, snowed yesterday, thunderstormed friday...state of Michigan! I still have some minor issues with breathing during season change etc, but I don't think of myself as 'asthmatic'. I haven't done well doing what allopathic doctors would have me do, so I do what has worked for me. I hope some of this has helped, Wendy! If you have specific questions, feel free to send me a message.

Thanks Krystine,

I like your advice about waiting until you hear about a cure from 3 different sources before trying it out. Sounds like your former problem is a bit different from mine but it does help to know that others strugle with health issues besides me. My asthma seems to be allergy related and I'm doing fine with the help of pharmaceuticals but since I don't trust them, I'm always looking for alternatives since I know I'm only masking symptoms with my current approach. I agree that cold weather doesn't help we have flurries coming down today too. Oh yea, I've tried oil of oregano too and find it does help a bit. Thanks for reminding me about that, I'll have to make a point of going back to using that every evening when the asthma seems to flare up.

like a broken record here, but a couple of things will cover all the issues in this post..Adding huge amounts of oxygen to your blood will cure most problems long term, and it is as simple as ozonating your water..Urine therapy, with over 100 years of solid research, will cure just about anything known to man, including asthma ,allergies, healing wounds in record time, and just about any disease...I have read both good and bad about hydrogen peroxide,so I have no desire to try it...My own body produces the best thing I can put in it....Oh, and a zapper will kill any fungus or virus if used faithfully...To me, that about covers it...I added home made colloidal silver and that is my first aid survival kit for anything except major trauma...I realize that urine therapy is a tough subject, but to me it and others I have met,it instills an incredible sense of well being, especially when massaging it into the scalp..It is a step in self love, and I could write here for an hour on my results alone with it..It has to do with taking responsibility for one s health, and is the most empowering thing I did in my 2 years curing my cancer..Fast, drink and massage with your own urine, and throw in some enzymes while you fast, and just about any ailment you can come up with will disappear...Of course the fasting will throw in a great clearing of the mind also, once you get past the first couple of days......

Thanks for sharing, Krystine.  How does one make colloidal silver?

onesong's picture

It's a pretty simple operation, a source of electricity, a collection container and 99.99% silver-there are loads of 'plans' on the web, just dont get sucked into buying a generator that costs loads of money and does the same thing as a battery, canning jar and silver rods!

http://www.ehow.com/how_5056704_make-colloidal-silver-generator.html (link is external) has about the most basic model to build yourself but surf the web, plans are everywhere.

One of the best informative websites I've seen with a ? reasonable prefab for folks that dont want to diy is http://silverpuppy.com/links.html (link is external) but you can easily make a version that is less costly than this.

Chris may be better at explaining ppm/testing etc...feel free to jump in Chris!!  ;)

cost OMG! yes, I was amazed to see replacement rods at $35 for Ken's silverpuppy site AND he will only sell you one pair per year at this point. His generator is I believe $139 and I've had mine (which was under $90 at the time I purchased it years ago). It's self stirring, compact and I've never had any problems with it at all. I also recommend ppm meter etc. but if it was an emergency and I had to guess at using non tested colloidal silver I'd use it. In surfing around this morning trying to locate the old sites I'm familiar with I found some units as costly as $459, that were little more than a beaker, two alligator clips and a stopper. So use common sense as always. There's folks everywhere that wish to take your hard earned cash!

Have you seen the price of silver lately?  Interesting times...  I bought my equipment at SilverGen and purchased plenty of silver rods at the time.  As the price of silver continues to skyrocket I am wishing I had purchase even more rods.

The little SilverGen self-stirring generator cost me $219, and then I also purchased the PPM meter and calibration solution plus extra silver rods.  This also gave me access to asking Trem (owner of Silvergen) many questions, little things like finding out that you don't wipe off the blackened positive rod, only the greyed negative rod.

Be careful with lesser quality production of colloidal silver.  I make 15 PPM CS and it has never turned brown, always stays clear as a bell.  If you make your own CS and you find the water turning color then you are producing too large of silver particles.  The better equipment makes particles approx. 8 atoms wide.  This ensures that the silver will do its good work and then pass through.

Most are familiar with the guy who turned grayish blue, he was presented on youtube.  He was making his own with homemade equipment and the particles were too large (not to mention that he was ingesting large quantities of his homemade CS), but what a testament to how safe silver is in the body (unlike aluminum oxide and fluoride) because I believe I read that he is healthy as a horse, just has all that oxidized silver in his skin...

Another neat thing about SilverGen is that Trem provides flat rods that have much more surface area to extract from (unlike others that are round wires of silver).  I have been using the same two silver rods for about 2 or 3 years now and am just now seeing a slower extraction of silver from the rods, so I am going to experiment with sanding these two rods to see if I can extend the extraction life...

Hey Todd, could you give a few tips about urine therapy, preparation, specific uses, best time to collect and how often, should one avoid certain foods or alcohol while using urine therapy, etc...

Check out this web site - it's packed full of all kinds of stuff - including this page on "Hidden Cures," which includes information on Urine Therapy, Ozone, Hydrogen Peroxide and much more:

http://www.educate-yourself.org/fc/ (link is external)

Somewhere in all of this info are plans for building your own CS generator - really simple using stuff from Radio Shack and 9 volt batteries. I made several of them and they worked beautifully. Not sure if this is an "approved" form of silver - but I used a couple of .9999 1 oz silver rounds - and they seemed to work fine - my water never turned brown or anything and needless to say two coins would last a lifetime (never mind that they are about the same price as the wire!).

I also got my plans for orgone devices from this site as well - and made a bunch of that stuff too!
