It's an interesting video.  Funny, they seem more afraid of the mirror than the matches!  And what's with all that head-banging after eating?

Papua New Guinea is an island above Australia.  It seems unlikely that a tribe as late as 1976 had never seen a white person, but I suppose anything's possible.  This wikipedia page gives supporting history that the island had largely been settled long before '76.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Papua_New_Guinea
