With the passage in both houses of the NDAA declaring American soil a battleground and now this:

A program in which the pentagon is giving away free militery hardware to police departments!
These are clearly the signs of a corrupt government preparing to declare war on it's own citizens. It can mean nothing else. This is the end to the right to peacefull public assembly and the end of the USA. The destruction of the economy will move forward at an increased pace now in an effort to incite revolution and all of the previous provisions will be put into place. Then it's FEMA camps etc.. Guess I'll see you all on the other side
