Thomas Drake at a weekend seminar/workshop for whistleblowers & their supporters in Berkeley about a year ago. He was clear, articulate and dauntless, if somewhat worn down by what he'd been through. Daniel Ellsberg was also there - warm, kindly and indefatigable.
