I do not think I would make a good president, nor who I want to be. But face it, damn near anyone could do better then what we got. So awhile ago I made a list of what I would do if I had the unfornate duty of leading this great country, here is what I would do if I where president:

End ALL wars

Dismantle drone programs

Close Gitmo Bay

Disable American spying programs

Legalize Marijuana/Hemp and commercialize it for housing, cars, fuel, health, food, paper, etc...

Re-evaluate energy sources, make clear decisive plans to go all natural

Reduce prison population by freeing victimless offenders

Reduce the number of jails and prisons
-
End government profits on things like prisoners, babies, drugs, etc..

Set up strict law on abortion
-
Make adoption proceeding affordable
-
Raise minimum wage tremendously
-
Create new job markets
-
Go after monopolies
-
Ban GMOs
-
Every time fast food location goes down, create a community garden
-
Create grant programs for prospective future farmers
-
Fire and reorganize FDA, CDC, DHS, Congress, Supreme Court, etc.

Begin printing American currency
-
Come up with clear decisive plan to end the FED
-
End government bailouts - bailout people, not banks!

Re-evaluate health industry (go more natural)
-
Re-evaluate vaccines
-
Re-evaluate ALL chemicals in foods, fragrances, pesticides, cleaning products, make ups, etc.

Ban microwaves
-
Close border (until we get us right, excluding asylum)
-
Deport at least half of the illegal immigrate population
-
Resettle homeless into vacant housing while helping them learn and maintain self sufficiency and (if needed) help get them on SSI

Re-evaluate and make clear decisive plans to end or drastically change food stamp and TANIF programs SLOWLY while helping the people become more self sufficient and acquire means for living independent and (if needed) help get them on SSI

Get rid of and ban unconstitutional laws such as Obamacare, Monsanto Protection Act, NDAA, Patriot Act, etc
-
Re-evaluate any classified programs/projects and eliminate any that are unconstitutional

Establish and Maintain REAL transparency
How about we take care of ourselves (anarchy = No rulers or masters) under Natural Law instead? How about we get rid of government altogether, along with religion, military, police, Fed, BIS, and all the other authoritarian mind control, energy harvesting entities you listed?
Every sane person on this planet wants just about everything on that list.
Greg makes a good point. Without government fouling things up, the things on your list wouldn't even exist.
By going after the monopolies, you would eventually have to go after yourself as President because government has the monopoly on force and money.
You could add as the LAST item, create timely plan to dissolve (as suggested above) government. That way, it would establish a sort of buffer to educate the nay sayers and such plus allow time for them to adjust their understanding. In the meantime you also use the buffer to fine tune the plan.
Of course placing it first on the list (also as suggested above) would eliminate a good deal of the list, but I'm not sure how we take care of the remaining items.
