I felt a deep longing to live in a unified country like Norway when I read this. They are so much more civilized than the US. When I was a boy, I felt I belonged to my country.
This is about the effort by Norway to deal directly with the same problems that brought us the Dept. of Homeland Security and disappearing civil rights.
