I saw Anne Currey's interview with the Dalai Lama tonight. I was overcome with the impression that I was watching an avatar. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is a manifestation in flesh of the essence of God, whatever you may perceive That to be. Krishna, Lao Tsu, Buddha, Jesus, Mohamed and others we are not familiar with, were able to express Eternal Truth for those of their time/space, culture and environment. Tonight the Dalai Lama resonated with my spirit in such a way. What he said reflected those same truths which we read in all of our sacred scriptures. They indeed reflected the same the values we seek in the Transformation Team. Love unconditionally, without physical resistance or violence, but with commitment to the Truth. Speak the Truth, don't try to force the truth down the opponents throat.
Here is the link (I think) to the video clip.

Blessing to all, in the love and light of our one infinite Creator,

I am very disappointed. That video clip was not the same as the segment I watched on NBC Tonight this evening. It had already been edited and made to serve others!
I want to let you all know that I was overcome with tears and peace when I heard him speak to Ann initially. Appearantly someone didn't want that video to continue in the form it was broadcasted. Fred will understand what has happened.
Loving you all,
Berry
Berry, I just googled for the interview and found: http://arkangel1a.blogspot.com/2008/04/ann-currys-full-interview-wthe-da...
I haven't viewed it yet, but it runs for about 45 mins. so maybe it is all there. Thank you for the alert.

From the movie Kundun to the Dalai Lama's autobiography and other writings, I've observed, if not closely studied, this man for just about my entire life. He is a very evolved and enlightened human being, fully on the level of Gandhi in my view, though maybe short of Buddha.
