still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are
is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask
permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It
I have made this place around you,
If you leave it you may come
back again, saying Here.
No two trees are the same to Raven.
No two
branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You
must let it find you.

This is beautiful Joyanna,

Years ago when I stood among the misty Sequoiahs of the Yosimite, early in the morning, this is exactly what I felt, heard, breathed.  The trees sang to me, whispered my secret name which I did not know at that time and breathed sacred love over me.  Thank you for the reminder.

Love and Light,

Beautiful, JoyAnna. Thank you.

They are the Ancients. Malleble above moving with  the currents of the sky and yet deeply rooted, their fingers plunged into the warmth of the earth.

If we should just learn their freely offered secrets...if we entered the vibrating stillness beneath the bark...

Thank you JoyAnna
