How Do You Embrace Fear Now?
(Ptaah through Jani King) - www.ptaah.com
If you do not like what's happening in your life, you may change it. If you do not like it, you have the power to change it. YOU have the power! There are four basic issues that keep you separate from love and abundance of all wondrousness and those four basic issues are: I am not enough, I am powerless, love means pain, and my world is not a safe place. So let us look at four keys to transform that reality.
The first is: that you can only transform what you own. For as long as you are a victim of life, a victim of government, a victim of somebody else, your family, your employer or your employees, so as long as somebody is responsible, you are powerless! It is essential that you would take responsibility for every thought, every action, every situation in your life as a co-creater in your own reality. Does this make sense?
The second key to transformation is that you can only transform anything Now. Not yesterday, it has gone, and not tomorrow because you create tomorrow from what you choose Now. The truth is, you have absolutely no future at all. You only have Now. That is your power place. From this Now moment you have choice. You have free will to choose love or fear. We cannot stress enough the importance of the Now. Think of how much time you live in your past. Think how much your past influences your choices of today because you dwell there. And see how much time it is that you project into some kind of nebulous and very uncertain future - the terror of what might happen tomorrow. NOW is your choice-point. The more you can focus on how it is now, what is occurring now and how it does feel, the more you are in your power place and create transformation. Now, now, is the power.
The third key to transform fear is a tricky one. You create reality from the ideas and beliefs plus the feeling generated by the ideas and beliefs. You can only transform the fear in the Now moment whilst you are feeling it. If you could do it with your head, you would have a far different world. This is the reason why affirmations do not work. Have you noticed? They do not work. Why don't they work? Because affirmations have only your head engaged, hmmm? Only head engaged, not heart engaged, not belly engaged, not feeling engaged. You can only transform fear and pain only while you are feeling it! In the NOW, while you are feeling.
And the fourth key is this - you can only transform fear and pain by the absolute embracement of it. Fear is a little bit like physical diseasement. The more you judge it, the more you try to push it away, the more you try to get rid of it, the more it is. Law of Universe - whatever you resist persists, hmm? Whatever you invalidate, you empower. The absolute embracement. So, HOW do you embrace fear? That is a tricky one, isn't it, especially when you have spent all of your life running away from it.
* * *
So my question to you all, beloveds, is: How do you embrace fear now?
I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I'm still working on this one. And while I'm puzzling it out, I'd love to hear your thinking about it.
In gratitude, joy, and love,
Bodhi
I agree, Bodhi.
Fear has dominated much of my life this time around and I still don't know much about embracing it. Maybe the best place to begin is to stay in the Now as has been stated over and over again in so many places and voices. Most of what we fear is based in the future and never happens anyway and is fed by the past, which we can do nothing to erase. For me, the closest I can even begin to come is to begin to recognize when fear is present, and then to accept its presence rather than try to push it away. (The same goes for all those painful things.) And of course, for this to be possible, brings us back to that place of awareness, rather than navigating our lives on auto-pilot. Thanks for this post. Lots to think about here.
Love, JoyAnna
I face it head on. Realize Love is more powerful. Acknowledge fear exists but has no power unless we allow it to and deal with it right now. Like your article says, in THIS moment. Once we chase the monsters out from under the bed (or in our heads) in the light of the Divine and the day, they look pretty silly once mastered. We become more sure of the Masters we are meant to be with each fear we overtake.
I live love and leave fear to fend for itself in the illusion that it is. Let someone help if that is what you need, but face it, work through it and be FREE of it.
From a very old chant...
Air I AM, Fire I AM, Water, Earth and Spirit I AM. What could possibly be more powerful than I AM THAT, I am?

Hi Bodhi,
I was very moved by this thread as I have been traveling some very deep fear filled waters myself lately.
I remembered this article by Thich Nhat Hahn and thought that if you substiture the word fear for anger in the text it gives a beautiful practice for transforming fear. Here it is:

Thich Nhat Hanh on Loosening the Knots of Anger
By Thich Nhat Hanh
Thich
Nhat Hanh teaches us how to relax the bonds of anger, attachment and
delusion through mindfulness and kindness toward ourselves.
To
be happy, to me, is to suffer less. If we were not capable of
transforming the pain within ourselves, happiness would not be possible.
Many
people look for happiness outside themselves, but true happiness must
come from inside of us. Our culture tells us that happiness comes from
having a lot of money, a lot of power and a high position in society.
But if you observe carefully, you will see that many rich and famous
people are not happy. Many of them commit suicide.
The Buddha
and the monks and nuns of his time did not own anything except their
three robes and one bowl. But they were very happy, because they had
something extremely precious: freedom.
According to the Buddha's
teachings, the most basic condition for happiness is freedom. Here we
do not mean political freedom, but freedom from the mental formations
of anger, despair, jealousy and delusion. These mental formations are
described by the Buddha as poisons. As long as these poisons are still
in our heart, happiness can not be possible.
In order to be free
from anger, we have to practice, whether we are Christian, Muslim,
Buddhist, Hindu or Jewish. We cannot ask the Buddha, Jesus, God or
Mohammed to take anger out of our hearts for us. There are concrete
instructions on how to transform the craving, anger and confusion
within us. If we follow these instructions and learn to take good care
of our suffering, we can help others do the same.
The Knots of Anger
In
our consciousness there are blocks of pain, anger and frustration
called internal formations. They are also called knots because they tie
us up and obstruct our freedom.
When someone insults us or does
something unkind to us, an internal formation is created in our
consciousness. If you don't know how to undo the internal knot and
transform it, the knot will stay there for a long time. And the next
time someone says something or does something to you of the same
nature, that internal formation will grow stronger. As knots or blocks
of pain in us, our internal formations have the power to push us, to
dictate our behavior.
After a while, it becomes very difficult
for us to transform, to undo the knots, and we cannot ease the
constriction of this crystallized formation. The Sanskrit word for
internal formation is samyojana.
It means "to crystallize." Every one of us has internal formations that
we need to take care of. With the practice of meditation we can undo
these knots and experience transformation and healing.
Not all
internal formations are unpleasant. There are also pleasant internal
formations, but they can still make us suffer. When you taste, hear or
see something pleasant, then that pleasure can become a strong internal
knot. When the object of your pleasure disappears, you miss it and you
begin searching for it. You spend a lot of time and energy trying to
experience it again. If you smoke marijuana or drink alcohol and begin
to like it, then it becomes an internal formation in your body and in
your mind. You cannot get it off your mind. You will always look for
more. The strength of the internal knot is pushing you and controlling
you. So internal formations deprive us of our freedom.
Falling
in love is a big internal formation. Once you are in love, you only
think of the other person. You are not free anymore. You cannot do
anything; you cannot study, you cannot work, you cannot enjoy the
sunshine or the beauty of nature around you. You can only think of the
object of your love. That is why we speak about it as a kind of
accident: "falling in love." You fall down. You are not stable anymore
because you have gotten into an accident. So love can also be an
internal knot.
Pleasant or unpleasant, both kinds of knots take
away our liberty. That is why we should guard our body and our mind
very carefully, to prevent these knots from taking root in us. Drugs,
alcohol and tobacco can create internal formations in our body. And
anger, craving, jealousy, despair can create internal formations in our
mind.
Training in Aggression
Anger
is an internal formation, and since it makes us suffer, we try our best
to get rid of it. Psychologists like the expression, "getting it out of
your system." And they speak about venting anger, like ventilating a
room filled with smoke. Some psychologists say that when the energy of
anger arises in you, you should ventilate it by hitting a pillow,
kicking something, or by going into the forest to yell and shout.
As
a kid you were not supposed to say certain swear words. Your parents
may not have allowed you to say these words because they are harmful,
they damage relationships. So you went into the woods or to an isolated
place and shouted these words very clearly, very strongly, in order to
relieve the feeling of oppression. This is also venting.
People
who use venting techniques like hitting a pillow or shouting are
actually rehearsing anger. When someone is angry and vents their anger
by hitting a pillow, they are learning a dangerous habit. They are
training in aggression. Instead, our approach is to generate the energy
of mindfulness and embrace anger every time it manifests.
Treating Anger with Tenderness
Mindfulness
does not fight anger or despair. Mindfulness is there in order to
recognize. To be mindful of something is to recognize that something is
there in the present moment. Mindfulness is the capacity of being aware
of what is going on in the present moment. "Breathing in, I know that
anger has manifested in me; breathing out, I smile towards my anger."
This is not an act of suppression or of fighting. It is an act of
recognizing. Once we recognize our anger, we embrace it with a lot of
awareness, a lot of tenderness.
When it is cold in your room,
you turn on the heater, and the heater begins to send out waves of hot
air. The cold air doesn't have to leave the room for the room to become
warm. The cold air is embraced by the hot air and becomes warm—there's
no fighting at all between them.
We practice taking care of our
anger in the same way. Mindfulness recognizes anger, is aware of its
presence, accepts and allows it to be there. Mindfulness is like a big
brother who does not suppress his younger brother's suffering. He
simply says, "Dear brother, I'm here for you." You take your younger
brother in your arms and you comfort him. This is exactly our practice.
Imagine
a mother getting angry with her baby and hitting him when he cries.
That mother does not know that she and her baby are one. We are mothers
of our anger and we have to help our baby, our anger, not fight and
destroy it. Our anger is us and our compassion is also us. To meditate
does not mean to fight. In Buddhism, the practice of meditation should
be the practice of embracing and transforming, not of fighting.
Using Anger, Using Suffering
To
grow the tree of enlightenment, we must make good use of our
afflictions, our suffering. It is like growing lotus flowers; we cannot
grow a lotus on marble. We cannot grow a lotus without mud.
Practitioners
of meditation do not discriminate against or reject their internal
formations. We do not transform ourselves into a battle field, good
fighting evil. We treat our afflictions, our anger, our jealousy with a
lot of tenderness. When anger comes up in us, we should begin to
practice mindful breathing right away: "Breathing in, I know that anger
is in me. Breathing out, I am taking good care of my anger." We behave
exactly like a mother: "Breathing in, I know that my child is crying.
Breathing out, I will take good care of my child." This is the practice
of compassion.
If you don't know how to treat yourself with
compassion, how can you treat another person with compassion? When
anger arises, continue to practice mindful breathing and mindful
walking to generate the energy of mindfulness. Continue to embrace
tenderly the energy of anger within you. Anger may continue to be there
for sometime, but you are safe, because the Buddha is in you, helping
you to take good care of your anger. The energy of mindfulness is the
energy of the Buddha. When you practice mindful breathing and embrace
your anger, you are under the protection of the Buddha. There is no
doubt about it: the Buddha is embracing you and your anger with a lot
of compassion.
Giving and Receiving Mindfulness Energy
When
you are angry, when you feel despair, you practice mindful breathing,
mindful walking, to generate the energy of mindfulness. This energy
allows you to recognize and embrace your painful feelings. And if your
mindfulness is not strong enough, you ask a brother or a sister in the
practice to sit close to you, to breathe with you, to walk with you in
order to support you with his or her mindfulness energy.
Practicing
mindfulness does not mean that you have to do everything on your own.
You can practice with the support of your friends. They can generate
enough mindfulness energy to help you take care of your strong emotions.
We
can also support others with our mindfulness when they are in
difficulty. When our child is drowning in a strong emotion, we can hold
his or her hand and say, "My dear one, breathe. Breathe in and out with
mommy, with daddy." We can also invite our child to do walking
meditation with us, gently taking her hand and helping her calm down,
with each step. When you give your child some of your mindfulness
energy, she will be able to calm down very quickly and embrace her
emotions.
Recognizing, Embracing, Relieving the Suffering of Anger
The
first function of mindfulness is to recognize, not to fight. "Breathing
in, I know that anger has manifested in me. Hello, my little anger."
And breathing out, "I will take good care of you."
Once we have
recognized our anger, we embrace it. This is the second function of
mindfulness and it is a very pleasant practice. Instead of fighting, we
are taking good care of our emotion. If you know how to embrace your
anger, something will change.
It is like cooking potatoes. You
cover the pot and then the water will begin to boil. You must keep the
stove on for at least twenty minutes for the potatoes to cook. Your
anger is a kind of potato and you cannot eat a raw potato.
Mindfulness
is like the fire cooking the potatoes of anger. The first few minutes
of recognizing and embracing your anger with tenderness can bring
results. You get some relief. Anger is still there, but you do not
suffer so much anymore, because you know how to take care of your baby.
So the third function of mindfulness is soothing, relieving. Anger is
there, but it is being taken care of. The situation is no longer in
chaos, with the crying baby left all alone. The mother is there to take
care of the baby and the situation is under control.
Keeping Mindfulness Alive
And
who is this mother? The mother is the living Buddha. The capacity of
being mindful, the capacity of being understanding, loving and caring
is the Buddha in us. Every time we are capable of generating
mindfulness, it makes the Buddha in us a reality. With the Buddha in
you, you have nothing to worry about anymore. Everything will be fine
if you know how to keep the Buddha within you alive.
It is
important to recognize that we always have the Buddha in us. Even if we
are angry, unkind or in despair, the Buddha is always within us. This
means we always have the potential to be mindful, to be understanding,
to be loving.
We need to practice mindful breathing or walking
in order to touch the Buddha within us. When you touch the seed of
mindfulness that lies in your consciousness, the Buddha will manifest
in your mind consciousness and embrace your anger. You don't have to
worry; just continue to practice breathing or walking to keep the
Buddha alive. Then everything will be fine. The Buddha recognizes. The
Buddha embraces. The Buddha relieves, and the Buddha looks deeply into
the nature of anger. The Buddha understands. And this understanding
will bring about transformation.
The energy of mindfulness
contains the energy of concentration, as well as the energy of insight.
Concentration helps you to focus on just one thing. With concentration,
the energy of looking becomes more powerful.
Because of that it
can make a breakthrough that is insight. Insight always has the power
of liberating you. If mindfulness is there, and you know how to keep
mindfulness alive, concentration will be there too. And if you know how
to keep concentration alive, insight will also come. So mindfulness
recognizes, embraces and relieves. Mindfulness helps us look deeply in
order to gain insight. Insight is the liberating factor. It is what
frees us and allows transformation to happen. This is the Buddhist
practice of taking care of anger.
Every time you give your
internal formations a bath of mindfulness, the blocks of pain in you
become lighter and less dangerous. So give your anger, your despair,
your sorrow a bath of mindfulness every day—that is your practice. If
mindfulness is not there, it is very unpleasant to have these seeds
come up. But if you know how to generate the energy of mindfulness, it
is very healing to invite them up every day and embrace them. And after
several days or weeks of bringing them up daily and helping them go
back down again, you create good circulation in your psyche, and the
symptoms of mental illness will begin to disappear.
Mindfulness
does the work of massaging your internal formations, your blocks of
suffering. You have to allow them to circulate, and this is possible
only if you are not afraid of them. If you learn not to fear your knots
of suffering, you can learn how to embrace them with the energy of
mindfulness, and transform them.

some days all we encounter seems a test! the secret is we've already passed with flying colours. so breathe deep, smile big, and know though only virtually...you've just been HUGGED. BIG.
As I read the sessions in the Law of One I find myself recognizing the inevitable development of social memory and love watching it progress and so appreciate the parabolic/geometric power in numbers it inherently represents when individuals (who are really anything but) come together to harmonize and form union and develop answers for the whole that come much easier when the whole is cooperatively involved, as this forum and TT portal (and so many others) continue to demonstrate. In short (too late) THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!
Sophie quoted,
"In order to be free from anger, we have to practice, whether we are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu or Jewish. We cannot ask the Buddha, Jesus, God or Mohammed to take anger out of our hearts for us. There are concrete instructions on how to transform the craving, anger and confusion within us. If we follow these instructions and learn to take good care of our suffering, we can help others do the same."
So much I have been reading in the Law of One material is all about just that. That I cannot ask somebody to do for me what I must do proactively, intently, deeply, with all of my heart so that mind and body so integrate the understanding that they connect more deeply and securely and steadily with spirit. In the end, after I decide I really want this, I become this and completely forget I ever had a problem with "this" (whatever "this" is at that time).
See myself, see Creator, see nature, see Creator, see other selves all around me, look in their countenance, see Creator. If reality is thoroughly and infinitely Unity, then my seeing any one or any thing in any other "light" is a self-inflicted dream/nightmare that is my divine right, but I will ultimately want to come home and be with all of you when I get done trippin', Haaaahahahaha. That is the long and short of it. We can imagine anything we want to and be afraid if we want to, or feel like we don't have enough of something, or are bored to death and don't want to live any more. All of these self-inflicted dreams (I sure have my share that I am working on) are ours and we must own them and stop thinking that something is happening to us like we are some victim, when really we are making intentional decisions and then pretending it is happening to us, not by us. Response-ability is a liberating asset, not a burden.
Having this TT portal group social memory complex to lean on is a very powerful asset, but it all still comes down to each of us making a decision every time. There are some that believe we do not even really operate according to free will, but almost entirely on automatic pilot. I believe they are, for the most part, correct, but that only reveals that we are not utilizing the most powerful attribute we all possess - self-activation on a daily basis facilitated by free will to choose this or that.
Thanks again Bodhi for bringing this subject up! Oh, I wanted to say also that fear can be a good thing in that it always stands at the threshold of what is really real (which will always be good), while never being real in and of itself. It is the balloon with the scary face on it that shrinks when you untie the nozzle and all the air goes out.....
Wow. Happy to be fearless in the world..now. Many beautiful words, thoughts, and loving people here now.Love,Mary
The best! For me it's definitely in the "Now" moment. "Now" is the end of time, now is perfect. Even if I'm dying now is perfect. How could I possibly be attached to things, feelings, or even my life when now is so perfect?! So much love, let's have that tea next time I'm in Eugene man!
Once again I am amazed (and a bit dizzy) at the depth of your Unity consciousness, brother Chris. It's a joy to have you aboard this ship of adventuring souls. You make the voyage so much fun for me!!!
Much gratitude and love,
Bodhi
Thanks Mary, for stopping by! And for the gentle reminder of how blessed we all are to be together here now!
In gratitude and love,
Bodhi
Thanks Bother James for reaching out. I have to agree with you, Now is the best moment ever! Looking forward to connecting when you visit again here in Eugene.
In joy and love,

When I am seeking evidence of mySelf, I become attached to the stories of fear, anger and desire. If I don't move into concepts about...(stories), I am able to be with the energy of feeling even if it is uncomfortable. When I avoid or desire certain feelings, mindfulness reminds be that once again, I have fallen into self-protective patterns and suffering.
It's all about that "self thingy".
Virtual hugs...
Tricia
Ahh Tricia...
Beautiful, just beautiful. Reading your comment I feel glowing in my stomach, and opening in my heart. I imagine it is because I appreciate how much you say with so few words. Thank you for being you!
Feeling abundant gratitude and love,
Bodhi
When you said that Tricia, made me instantly imagine being a kid and reaching out to almost touch a doggie doodoo and then thinking better of it and saying eeeeeoooooo, gross! Way to capture to heart of da "matter"...
Bodhi, thanks for da kind words me dear beloved brotha!!!!!
Speaking of the concept(s) of fear, just got through book two (session 50) of the Law of One and am continually amazed at the info in those sessions! It is very hard to find reason to fear after reading those sessions - everything seems so layed out in the ultimate "safe place", just waiting for us to willingly choose the real thing and watch it develop within us, each of us in a completely unique way, but by the same ordered design that makes "potentiated" room for an infinite number of unique approaches to the upward spiraling towards higher density and unity until we all meet at the center sun and decide to do it again!!!! Fear is so, yesterday after reading what I've read so far, LOL.
Another approach to fear as per these Law of One sessions. It appears that Earth, from approx. 1940, has been in transition toward 4th density (heart chakra) green ray, while humanity has been dragging its feet and remaining in service to self, strife and warmongering fearmongering whats-in-it-for-me orange ray. This appears to be the lion's share of the cause of the high energy turbulance that we see developing on this planet today in behavior and weather and volcanoes and earthquakes. Our beloved planet is a free will entity like you and me and is appropriately moving more harmoniously and cooperatively into 4th density green ray at the end of this present 3rd density 75,000 year cycle. So the best thing we can do right now is practice green ray heart chakra behavior with every breath and thought in honor of our desire to cooperate with Gaia, and if we blow it, even in the littlest of moments, repair the moment immediately for the sake of continuity of green ray progress in humanity. For those even more adept, become the White Magician and practice the art of meditation/visualization that can actually move the present collective stuck in warmongering fearmongering orange ray toward the green ray heart chakra love, acceptance, foregiveness, sharing, caring fundamentals we all should already be practicing en mass all over Gaia's surface. Here is a visualization tip to concentrate on while meditating/praying - think of how awful the mixed color of orange and green looks, and then let your mind move toward the glow of that prime green that is the unblocked heart chakra that leaves no room for the entertainment of fear and loathing....
Love/Light Light/Love
Space/Time Time/Space,
Chris
Dear Bro' Chris,
When you wrote:

chakra behavior with every breath and thought in honor of our desire to
cooperate with Gaia, and if we blow it, even in the littlest of

I had a chuckle, and relaxed, and felt a wave of warm appreciation flood my being. It is a joy to watch you step into your light-ball Aikido master power my excellent friend.
I also have to wonder. Could this repairing you mention be considered part of the service contribution in our energetic transmission as we express the seven heart virtues: appreciation, compassion, humility, forgiveness, understanding, valor, and (perhaps the most vital of all) humor?
Looking forward to more of your sparkling presence here on the portal.
In great gratitude and love,
Bodhi
You said,
"I also have to wonder. Could this repairing you mention be considered part of the service contribution in our energetic transmission as we express the seven heart virtues: appreciation, compassion, humility, forgiveness, understanding, valor, and (perhaps the most vital of all)
humor?"
Yes, but wait, there's mo!
Wanna go fo a ride???
While it is very true that I, as well as all of you (all of me.... why not take, allllll of me.....haaahahaha) have chosen the Service to Others (STO) approach to Law of One progress toward ascension into higher densities and life experience (whether you have read it or not), even the Mansons and the Hitlers and the Cheneys and Bushs are contributing to this upward spiraling momentum that was always the plan, for are not all things, whether thought to be right or wrong, good or evil, part of infinity/Unity that is what Creator is and can never not be?
We are all very unique expressions of that upward spiraling of Love's playground away from (into many-ness) and back toward Unity by way of the primal first distortion of free will. Albeit much more difficult to make progress through service to self (STS) methods of Elitism and slavery of the masses, STS entities/groups still find their place in the upwardly mobile spiraling design facilitated by Unity/Infinity/Creator/Ultimate Mystery. That blows me away, that even what we would consider in this present continuum to be evil still plays a part in this plan designed by Unity, for Unity cannot cease to be Unity, and entities in higher densities actually stop perceiving the notion of evil and bad altogether because it finds no place to reside in their consciousness and simply respond to whatever will assist the good of the whole, while the STS crowd (much smaller crowd due to the inherent difficulty of ascending from harvest to harvest) continues ascending until they reach 6th density where they begin to see that they can go no further without becoming part of an STO social memory complex (something along those lines anyway).
Real wars that have any chance of victory are fought with nothing but Love and Light. It is the lesson we need to learn and integrate deep inside to prepare for 4th density where life will not be a whole lot different than it is now! Fred had this pretty much nailed quite a while ago with his forum on 2012 is now to a great degree. The biggest difference will be the level of harmony due to such a strong and abiding consensus for peace and love and giving and nurturing. The other biggest difference is that incarnations go for 90,000 years!
Ra said in one of the sessions that there is so much polarization toward this lovey dovey harmony and peace in 4th density that entities transitioning into 5th density need a period of time to redevelop balance, for no polarity too far out of wack is desired ultimately, but simply a balance of all chakras so that Love/Intelligent Energy/Intelligent Infinity flows freely from base red ray chakra unencumbered to indigo crown chakra. The potentiality for accomplishing this resides from 3rd density on, but most of us will simply grow quite naturally through experience in all densities, which is just fine with me!!!!
Wait until you find out what black holes really are in the metaphysical (very real) sense!!!!!
Hey Chris,
Can't wait to hear more about those black holes...
In Awe and Wondering,
Bodhi
The minute I pulled the trigger on that rant of excitement in me recent learning curve expansion exercise (compliments of Ra), I had a funny feeling that I'd gone too far too fast. Suffice it to say that I found myself weeping so many times while reading through the first 50 sessions from being absolutely awestruck at the level of unmitigated care and nurture involved in this whole process, and also from beginning to really integrate the understanding of how safe we ALL really are, even the STS types, even when we think we do not feel safe for some illusury mistaken reason or think we hate what someone is doing/saying or what is happening.
Also have to be careful not to sound like some friggin' glazed over evangelist peddling some newfangled religion and run the risk of scaring people away from one of the more interesting works I have ever read - reads more like a technical manual for "how to" than just one more book of religious folklore, although Ra picks their moments to use analogy very well.
Although some of it can become a bit overwhelming if you spend too much time driving yourself crazy trying to analyze with mind only, the overall gist one picks up on with the heart is how amazing this fail safe nurturing loving Creation really is, and all for the so very simple/understandable sake of One who so loves variety! That turns out to be it in a nutshell!!! Just read that in book 3 and was so touched by the unencumbered simplicity of something we can all very much relate to. So many organized religions would have us bending over backwards to please someone who already is pure unconditional love, acceptance and unity simply infatuated with the idea of creating a construct of many-ness and free will that provides for the infinite potentiality of so much endless/expanding variety!!!!!
Bam!!! Let's just plain kick it up a notch!
How innocuous would seem One who is simply inviting you to the big dance!!!
"Thou Shalt Not" is a tool of STS elitist entities!
Let us never be fooled again......
As for the black holes and what they really are, I will let you read about it when you get to that place in, I think its book 2. Just know that book one and two go by rather quickly once you get started and you will never regret having been so touched by the out of this world experiences of three very down to earth people just like you and me. They truly put the H in humility, for they truly understand that none of this is about them, but for them in the very same way that it is for us.

Hey Brotha! Here's that explanation of Black Holes!!!!
I mentioned coming across Ra's explanation of what Black Holes
really are in this forum a while back (above). I wrote David W. yesterday to
ask him which session that was in and he did me one better! He gave me
the link where David has provided a search mechanism for all things Law
of One!

here is the result of that search. this one's for you brother Bodhi!

29.18 Questioner: I sometimes have difficulty in getting a foothold into what I am
looking for. I am trying to seek out the metaphysical principles, you
might say, behind our physical illusion.
Could you give me an
example of the amount of gravity in the third density conditions at the
surface of the planet Venus? Would it be greater or less than Earth’s?
Ra: I am Ra. The gravity, shall we say, the
attractive force which we also describe as the pressing outward force
towards the Creator is greater spiritually upon the entity you call
Venus due to the greater degree of success, shall we say, at seeking
the Creator.
This point only becomes important when you consider
that when all of creation in its infinity has reached a spiritual
gravitational mass of sufficient nature, the entire creation infinitely
coalesces; the light seeking and finding its source and thusly ending
the creation and beginning a new creation much as you consider the black hole,
as you call it, with its conditions of infinitely great mass at the
zero point from which no light may be seen as it has been absorbed.

29.19 Questioner: Then the black hole would be a point at which the environmental material has succeeded in uniting with unity or with the Creator? Is this correct?
Ra: I am Ra. The black hole which manifests third density is the physical complex manifestation of this spiritual or metaphysical state. This is correct.

session 40 reference:
40.1 Questioner: I thought that I would make a statement and let you correct it. I’m
trying to make a simple model of the portion of the universe that we
find ourselves in. Starting with the sub-Logos, our sun, we have white
light emanating from this which is made up of the frequencies ranging
from the red to the violet. I am assuming that this white light then
contains the experiences through all of the densities and as we go into
the eighth density we go into a black hole which becomes, on the other side, another Logos or sun and starts
another octave of experience. Can you comment on this part of my
statement?
Ra: I am Ra. We can comment upon this statement to
an extent. The concept of the white light of the sub-Logos being
prismatically separated and later, at the final chapter, being absorbed
again is basically correct. However, there are subtleties involved
which are more than semantic.
The white light which emanates and
forms the articulated sub-Logos has its beginning in what may be
metaphysically seen as darkness. The light comes into that darkness and
transfigures it, causing the chaos to organize and become reflective or
radiant. Thus the dimensions come into being.
Conversely, the blackness of the black hole,
metaphysically speaking, is a concentration of white light being
systematically absorbed once again into the One Creator. Finally, this
absorption into the One Creator continues until all the infinity of
creations have attained sufficient spiritual mass in order that all
form once again the great central sun, if you would so imagine it, of
the intelligent infinity awaiting potentiation by free will. Thus the
transition of the octave is a process which may be seen to enter into
timelessness of unimaginable nature. To attempt to measure it by your
time measures would be useless.
Therefore, the concept of moving through the black hole of the ultimate spiritual gravity well and coming immediately into the
next octave misses the subconcept or corollary of the portion of this
process which is timeless.
WOW, Huh!!!!!
Me: So it appears that strong gravitational pull is the signature of alot of good work done toward discovery of Creator!
And Black Holes are signatures of a kind of returning
through free will to the central sun of the One Infinite Creator, so to
speak, and beginning all over again in another octave, in an infinite
process of being and discovery, octave after octave, in a timeless
fashion that cannot be described by words, but only experienced, so
words strung together cannot even begin to do the reality of all of
this due justice, but it's a damn good start at our level of perception.
Did you know that it is now known for sure that there is a black hole at the center of every galaxy!!!!!
Love/Light, Chris
