aren't they fantastic! along with drums crystal bowls are one of the healing tools i use. if you ever get the chance to see Mark Handler or have a session with him don't pass it up. (although he is from my neck of the woods) he is very skilled with traditional tibetan bowls and an excellent teacher and healer.
for me, the resonance of the bowls is the most obvious teacher of our own vibratory levels and changes in them.

I think that the vibrations of the singing bowls are the most healing experience I can imagine. I have always thrilled when hearing such tones. Even chimes and fine gongs give me the same feeling. And another source is the musical crystal glasses sometimes used to produce music.
I used to participate in a medieval fair here in the area and there was always a musician who played the glasses there. I could stand and listen to him for hours because of the healing sounds of the glasses.
I am going to check out Mark's website for more information.
Things are well here now our ice storm is over. The last couple of days have been a challenge to say the least with the frigid icy weather. At least we didn't lose power during the storm or have any downed trees due to the ice this time. And Ray is much better at this time. His leg has settled down considerably without any further intervention of doctors. Thank you Creator. There are a lot of people sending healing energy for him.

I love the Singing Bowl recordings you shared. I am going to try to copy them onto a cd. Here is a chuckle though. I was playing them at a very low volume on my office computer. Mind you I have my own office in the far corner of our suite. It seems that the structure of our highrise building was picking up the sound vibrations and amplifying them all over the office. One of the secretaries was going crazy trying to figure out what she was hearing. Then she walked into my office to give me something and she had the strangest look on her face. Appearantly the healing frequencies I had played were not resonating harmoniously with her. LOL Singing bowls are not for everybody I guess.

I propose they are for everybody with the qualifier being, "in time". Whether we are willing to see it or not, these frequencies and harmonies are fundamental to Creation itself, and all manifestations proceed in harmonious accordance with certain core fundamentals. Then there is free will of course, LOL
Had a co-worker walk in my office with perplexed look on face asking what that sound was too yesterday. Definitely has an effect. Played two (Virgo and Libra) for my dying cat (BlackHappy, AKA PoohBear) I brought into the office yesterday. Perfect way to go out and onward. Had to put her to sleep later in the day. They are such priceless treasures of unadulterated sincerity and acceptance.

Considering that I am in a very small office of very conservative, fundamentalist, unawakened people, I don't want to cause any un-necessary commotion. Darlene, the one who I spoke of earlier, would perhaps be open to the bowls had she known what was going on, but I had no time to explain and no time to introduce her to the healing properties that they produce. She has come a long way, now excepting alternative healing, herbal remedies, EFT and I think even Reiki. But sound therapy is still a stretch for her.
I am in concordance and sympathy with you for the transitioning of your dear loving feline companion. Cats are very sensitive and harmonious creatures who absorb negative energy and exchange it for light and love. I have two of them. One is old and has decided that he doesn't want to participate in my lightworking. The younger female is very cooperative with my meditations and adds her support to my workings, often meditating with me between my feet. She is also attuned and bonded to me to such an extent that I can communicate with her through whistling and psychic calling. It is an amazing response as she can be somewhere distant, out catting as cats do but when I send the call/whistle, she will almost always show up within a few minutes. I suppose it is acting against her free will but being that she is still, as far as I know 2nd density (sometimes I wonder) I don't think that is a problem.

That line from L of O where Ra is telling Don and Jim through Carla that their cat (was it Merlin?) was "3rd density harvestable" changed/awakened my perception/understanding forever. A while back Kerry and I adopted a cat mother (now named Emma because it sounds like momma) and 4 babies (Romeo, Maverick, Buckwheat and Gilligan), and another baby (Teena) I adopted while returning an unworkable Tom to PetSavers (who was then successfully adopted within the following week).
Emma, Maverick and Gilligan are living in a little heated earth berm enclosure separate from house and we brought Romeo and Buckwheat into the house to grow up with Teena which has worked perfectly beyond our imagination and hopes. These 3 "youngens" are rarely seen apart from one another and remind me of the community that Ra became, the community that Drunvalo Melchizedek says the remaining people on earth will be becoming (just like Ra), and the extremely high probability that many progressive life forms are incarnating in right now to naturally and synchronistically be here for what is going on right now. There nature is the absolute epitomy of "meekness" and what they are naturally beaming with such ease is amazing and very healing.
We truly live in very amazing times. It is a wonderful time to wake up and be present....

Always wonderful to hear the crystal bowls of Beverly Wilson... all is interrelated and connected. When I hear the crystals singing... I hear Mother Earth/Gaia speaking her song of Love.
