the reluctant US might not have to.  may very well end up being late to the party that the majority is already happily/gladly attending.  free will and some level of majority may be key.  we shall see.....

Hey Berry,

The thing that I noticed here was that all they have done was release reports of UFO's....unidentified/unexplained "things". Have any governments to date said anthing definitive about the existence of extra terrestrials?......
