Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .
If the Army &Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ.
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power.
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.
We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

The Current Division in America: the Meaning of Freedom

The article which follows is offered as thoughts on a profoundly important and complex subject, one that is deeply troubling to many today.
When we read about political debate in this country or elsewhere, it is important to not only take in the content of what is being said, but also the energy with which it is being said and the effect of this energy on the consciousness we share. Energy and emotion play a significant role in the political landscape. Most respond intuitively to these things without articulating them in words. However, especially in this present conflict in which emotions are running high, these currents need to be more clearly stated. I have tried to do this in what follows.

It is incumbent upon us today, as we witness the increasingly virulent quarrels within America between the ‘right’ and the ‘left,’ between conservatives and liberals, and between the proponents of the “second American Revolution” currently embodied within the Tea Party Movement and those baffled by or opposed to it – it is incumbent upon us to try to understand how and why this increasing tension has come about.
There are two principles at issue here, not so much divided along party lines as along the lines of inner-most consciousness and of each being’s highest ideals.
The first involves the definition of freedom or liberty, including the conditions that support it and those things that are held to interfere with it.
The second involves the relationship between freedom and unity, namely, can I, or you, or anyone, truly be free if there are others within the collective body called America who are un-free? Within the context of this second issue lies the additional question: What is my relationship to others? If it were necessary that some sacrifice of wealth, property or comfort be made so that those others could also contain within themselves and their lives greater freedom, would I make it? These two issues inform the current conflict on the political scene and, within some, create the basis for the polarization between opposite points of view.
The present justification for the “second American Revolution” against increased government spending and control has been generated by perceived threat. This sense of threat has arisen out of conditions evolving within our country prior to the present administration. Yet, the response of the present administration to the economic crisis of our time that continues today is the immediate precipitant of the sense of threat. It is giving rise to defense and opposition within the body politic, broadly expressed within the increasingly popular Tea Party Movement. Specifically, with its increased government spending, enlargement of the national debt, bailout of large multi-national companies, creation of the potential for increased taxes for future generations, and infiltration into formerly private areas of common life represented by recent proposals for healthcare reform – these policies and practices have tipped the balance between trust and fear, for many, in the direction of fear, and not only of fear but anger as well. From the vantage point of some, the enlargement of government functions, decisions, and regulatory authority was the best possible response to a critical situation and to a disaster that loomed ahead. For others, it has created a sense of endangerment and the need for defense, as if life, liberty, and the capacity to live freely were being challenged in the most basic way to an extent that had not taken place before.
The reactivity against government expansion or ‘big government’ has been with us throughout our history, forming a major perspective or position within the political landscape. Yet, prior to the last decade, it has been a point of view, held more prominently within one political party than the other, but held primarily as a perspective, a philosophical orientation. Because of this, it could be the subject of dialogue and debate since these dialogues were not filled with the sense of endangerment that is currently attaching itself to them. People with differing points of view could speak to each other. What, then, is the present reactivity about?
At its ideological root, the resistance represented by advocates of a “second American Revolution” is against coercive governmental authority and in support of individual freedom. The call to freedom and the sense of endangerment due to excessive government regulation and excessive government spending has become the rallying point for those presently opposing the current administration’s policies. Now, more than a political preference is being expressed. Rather, a fervor composed both of anger and fear has attached itself to the normal process of debate. Such emotions are causing those who hold this perspective to seek immediate solutions to the current problems of government through the removal from office of those who would continue with current policies. At the same time, it is creating a ‘we’ against ‘them’ mentality, and even further in some locales, the sense of ‘going to war.’ This is not the normal political process of engagement that we are witnessing today. It is a variation that is extreme in its sense of endangerment and it is causing a fragmentation of political life and an inability to find a place of reconciliation. It is because the threat to individual freedom is perceived so strongly that this defensive and endangered response is finding fuel to create an equally strong counter-force.
Such a defense of personal freedom can find support not only in the Constitution of the United States but also in its charter, the Declaration of Independence, and in the views of the Founding Fathers who are often quoted by way of analogy in relation to the present outcry. Such analogy is made between the current protest against increased national debt, government spending, and efforts to regulate formerly privatized aspects of the economy, and the historical antecedents of excessive control within colonial history. In the latter case, excessive external authority imposed by King George III gave rise to the initial acts of the American Revolutionary War. Today, the feeling within some is equally that of coercion and the usurpation of authority. Indeed, it is as if a large mountain were falling down upon oneself, with many not noticing the impending disaster. Those who notice that the mountain is about to fall and crush those beneath it then feel compelled to cry out, for themselves, and also on behalf of future generations.
In contrast to this point of view, is that held by others who do not perceive a mountain to be falling, but rather the shaking of the ground beneath one's feet due to an impending earthquake that may have been narrowly averted. From this vantage point, measures needed to be taken to shore up structures that were about to collapse and to bring both people and structures to a place of safety. This shaking and rending of the earth we stand on is the metaphor for a different sense of endangerment, one in which measures needed to be taken to prevent individuals, groups, businesses, and the national economy from falling into the crevasses that the earthquake produced, and to prevent the earthquake from wreaking even greater damage.
The action needed in response to this impending disaster was, and is, according to such a perspective, repair. It is the creation of safety. It is action which also seeks to protect those who are most likely to fall into the gaps produced by the shaking earth, even though others may be standing on firmer ground. The foundational need to ensure that firm ground be available to all and that the earth’s crevasses have bridges built over them so people could move out of danger is the point of view held by those who seek to repair the damage done by an ‘earthquake.’ This is a different perspective then warning the collective body that a mountain is about to fall on them.
In order to deepen our understanding of the present conflict between these two perspectives and their relationship to the meaning of 'freedom,' we need to take these two metaphors to the next level.
A mountain which falls upon oneself or upon many crushes that which is beneath it, or, in a milder version of this metaphor (since the ‘mountain’ is a visual expression of a feeling, rather than a reality) – the falling ‘mountain’ restricts the freedom of movement of those beneath it. It pins them down. This restriction of movement is what is held by some to be the essential force which prevents individuals from choosing their own actions and their own lives. Such a potentially overwhelming force creates an overwhelming sense of threat. In response, the need to get ‘the mountain’ off one’s back is the defining action of restoring freedom. Here, freedom is defined as the absence of restraint. It is freedom from external compulsion or force.
However, this is not the only definition of freedom.
There is another definition which differs from the above in two ways: First, it involves not only freedom from something in a negative sense, but rather freedom for something in a positive one. (See H. Ahrendt: "On Revolution") Freedom from external restraint does not necessarily mean that one will have the inner and outer capacity to create a life of one’s choosing, to manifest one’s highest ideals, to find an adequate means of self-expression, to create a life in wholeness. These are pursuits that require more than freedom from restraint. They are inner actions and motivations that give shape to a life which must be supported by a societal and cultural context that allows positive motivations and movements to bloom, replacing the inner sense of limitation or self-negation. Freedom from external restraint is only, by this definition, one aspect of freedom.
Freedom for something, freedom which makes actual the potential within individuals, which allows them to realize their dreams - this is a freedom that some may feel has been taken away from them even without external restraint because of cultural conditioning, societal prejudice, lack of access to opportunities for education or training, lack of opportunities for self-development or expression. Freedom to realize one’s potential can be limited by more subtle means than the laws which seek to regulate and control.
Herein lies the second decisive principle regarding the present conflict between factions or states of consciousness. It resides in the answer to these questions:
Can I be free if others are not?
What relationship does my freedom have to yours?
Can I be free to develop my own inner potential and manifest a life that represents my ideals if you are not free in the same way?
These questions point to a sub-current within American culture and character that has been deeply troubling to many. For the affirmative answer to the question: "Can I be free if you are not?" has been acted out over and over again throughout American history in policies of exclusion and exception which have been tolerated as ‘normal’ if not ‘inevitable.’ Since settlers first came to this country’s Eastern shores and founded the earliest colonies, we witness the darker side of American character as well as the light, namely, the willingness for some to be empowered and free, while others are not accorded these rights. Thus, the willingness to accept an affirmative answer to the above question resulted in the abrogation of rights of the indigenous peoples whom the settlers met during the early years of colonization. Later, the same affirmative answer made possible a visionary document that affirmed the inalienable rights of all to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, even while slavery was allowed to continue.
The dark current within American character involves the negation of universal freedom due to self-seeking at the expense of others. Though we have espoused the inalienable rights of all, in practice, we have not been willing to accord these rights to all and, in fact, have often been unconcerned about the effect of this decision.
In the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, a willingness to dispossess the Native populations existed even while accompanying the simultaneous desire for our own freedom due to dispossession and disenfranchisement by the British. The Declaration of Independence became the charter which asserted the ideals of the new nation to be formed, yet these ideals did not apply to those who were still considered ‘property,’ namely, the slaves. The practice of excluding some from the application of our highest principles continues to this day, and is based on the same thing – self-seeking at the expense of others, and ignorance as to the effect or consequence of this arrangement.
Such a brief review necessarily leaves out other factors that play a part in this current conflict. Its intention, though limited, is to focus the essential question for today concerning freedom. Brought into the light of greater awareness, it asks for a new consideration of the historical and moral issue: “Can I be free if you are not?” In this case, the ‘you’ are those who are least able to recover from the ‘earthquake’ that has shaken the U.S. economy and that has not yet ended. For these, it is not the mountain that is the greatest danger. It is the lack of solid ground to stand on.
To put the question differently: Is freedom being threatened by the ‘mountain’ that may be falling on it? Or is it more threatened by the earthquake that is disrupting the foundation upon which lives are built? And, in addition to these current concerns, we may add, has freedom always been limited within this nation that is devoted to freedom, due to the exceptions it has tolerated within its own body politic and beyond?
These questions concerning the nature of freedom have traveled with us throughout history. They both shape and form the actions that are taken by governments and individuals. Often, freedom for the ‘self’ or for the ‘national self’ has been pursued without due concern for what limits it might place on the freedom of others. The complex relationship between ‘freedom’ and ‘unity’ which is based on identification with these ‘others’ had not yet arrived in the foreground of consciousness where it might be looked at more closely and with greater humility.
Today, however, we may look at this matter of identification and ask ourselves where we stand in terms of associating our well-being and welfare with the well-being and welfare of others. The history of slavery, of the treatment of Native peoples, and of the incarceration of various minorities based on fear and prejudice has formed a stream throughout our collective past. We were not ready to link our freedom with that of others, or to view freedom as more than the absence of external compulsion or restraint as it is presently being viewed today.
Yet, we have the opportunity, now, to take a wider view. In doing this, we are upheld by the work of centuries that has made progress in this direction but that needs to be brought to a higher level. We need to seek the balance between freedom and unity, foregoing the exclusive self-interest that has been so much a part of our history. We have moved in the direction of upholding freedom more than unity because the consequences of abandoning the defense of freedom have been more visible and created a sense of vigilance within us. Also, because the consciousness which would support a more complete identification with others had not yet developed on a collective level.
Today, however, we must conceive, in the same way, of the consequences of remaining without unity. For unity is a foundational principle in America’s consciousness, just as freedom is. It requires the same vigilant upholding as freedom has throughout our history. Without it, we are in danger of maintaining the existing painful separation between the ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’ within our borders and beyond, and of reinforcing the dark current within our consciousness that creates a gap and division between America’s ideals and her reality.
In view of our collective desire to merge the two principles, freedom and unity, we may consider that it is time to take the opening words of the Preamble to the Constitution to a place of greater depth. “We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union…” It is time for this historical, foundational, and moral goal embedded within the Constitution to become realized, namely, that we are being called and have called ourselves to “form a more perfect Union.”
This is the need of our time – that the desire for ‘unity’ be brought into balance with the desire for ‘freedom,’ and that both, together, find an increasing path toward fulfillment.

Berry-that tax poem is depressing as hell. I read somewhere that inflation is actually a control mechanism to transfer wealth to the rich(my current paranoia). I get so frightenend by these kinds of thoughts.
I'm torn about the tax thing because I have accepted the explanations that sounded reasonable. For instance, fishing licenses pay for fish and game employees who go around making sure people aren't removing all the fish from some stream. Why? Because somebody kept doing that. There was a reason.
Taxes are much higher in Europe in countries with Univ. Health Care. France had free day care for any mother who needed time off or had to work. Drug treatment-free. Prisons in Sweden-pleasant places with some privacy, and resources to improve oneself, and not live in the hellish isolaton, danger, and humiliation of prisons like ours with our high recidivism rate.
We blame politicians. I saw an interview on CNN 2 weeks ago with about 6 US senators who are leaving Congress. They could speak freely. When asked, they all were very frustrated by the politics. They felt impotent to get things done! They were sad about the increasing partisanship. Their sincerity was palpable. I don't think you could script their reactions and statements. I think WE are the answer. We need to steer THEM.
Therein lies the rub-This community is packed with sincere, gentle people who want to change the world and are! That is a powerful force in the world! I don't want us to waste our energy chasing mirages, which I am the first to admit, I am guilty of as much as anyone (I think I just did that the other day by my post about Xmas Bomber...) In fact I would appreciate it if people would point it out when I'm freaking out-I need the feedback.

I read this post when Berry put it out here about a week or so ago, and I just keep thinking about it, and reading it, and mulling over it. I am not sure why yet.
I watched an episode of the new Jesse Ventura show on conspiracy theories. The topic was "Secret Societies" but focused primarily on the Bildebergs and the folks really calling the shots above the Bildebergs. The last few minutes of the show, he was interviewing a woman who had fled the US. She is an MD that uses no pharmaceuticals in her practice. She had some first hand knowledge on plans and such. One thing that stuck with me there was she said that every time we stand up to what's happening, "They" back off. "They" are afraid of us, but don't want us to know that. It's in our power to change things. It's up to us to say NO WAY.
I guess that's the common theme. We have the power, and because we don't use it, "They" pick it up and play with it. It's still ours to take back, though. That makes me feel empowered.
Brian, I had a mini-meltdown / anxiety attack over the weekend at the thought that maybe universal healthcare would mean that the government could say "if you don't get this chip implanted, you will not be able to receive healthcare any longer" or the like. (Or "...this flu shot..", or "this experimental whatever..." , you get the idea.) I think we have to all agree to help eachother snap out of it a little, since we're the ones in power, after all. People in power don't get nervous about someone making them do something they don't want to do. They just say no. Maybe no, thank you, if you're particularly polite. :)
I often feel small in the face of so much going on, and sometimes feel like everyone seems so very much like they're just going through the motions, and utterly asleep. That's when being part of this community, and others like it makes the most impact. Here, I know I'm not alone in my thinking. I can be myself, express the fear, read some great inspirational material, or watch an informative video that someone's found... or just talk to some wonderful people that get it. It's our gift to eachother. Pretty cool, eh? To quote an old saying... none of us are as strong as all of us.

I don't like to read such stuff either. But that ,I believe, is the reason that this site and the previous one was formed...to get people to become aware of what is happening in the world, and not obsess on it but to determine to be the difference we want to see.
I don't know how any one of us alone can do anything to change the current status quo of our government, or the shadow government or the actions of the global elite. But we can be aware of the bondage they are attempting to herd us into and resist mentally if not physically, and to tell others about it. Truth is our greatest allie and our strongest tool to cause change by making others aware of the Truth. The more who know, the greater the strength of those to cause the truth to be told. I am seeing everyday a momentum accumulating to expose the 9/11 charade. That falsehood is on the edge of being busted wide open. More and more people are insisting on disclosure of the ET and UFO phenomenon. Daily the criminal fraud in the government and corporate world is being brought into the open and perpetrators are having to face the music. The MSM cannot ignore it when it is common knowledge on the street.
Erma Brombeck wrote a book called If life is a bowl of cherries, what am I doing in the pitts. We don't have to stay in the pits, but can extricate ourselves first by being grateful for the good things we do experience, and then keeping positive intentions and thoughts above the dark that attempts to surround us. Remeber to enjoy the cherry, you still have to spit out the pitt.
I sort of feel like I am preaching to the choir here, but each of us have a tendancy to share what we find here. It is a source, a warehouse, from which we take info provided on this site and distibute it out to our other friends and relations, who then will also move it on.
We have universal health care in Canada, and its great. Some things aren't covered (i.e. upgrading to a private room in hospital etc) but theres nothing like forced vaccinations. They 'recommend' things and put lots of money into vaccine campaigns (when I went to see Avatar there was an add for how "all the cool kids" are getting their vaccines before the film... it turned my stomach) but its still free will.
Those fearful images are just as bad as say, the "death panel" B/S that they were talking about near teh start of the debate. Universal healthcare should be a human right. Clean water and un-modified too while were at it.

Hi all, I have to agree with JoshERTW. In Australia we have had universal healthcare for about 30 years and mainly it's great. The sort of anti-tax, anti big government rhetoric seems extremist from this distance (I agree that you don't want a government that is so large as to be dysfunctional). Should the U.S be broken up into more manageable parts?(kidding) From what I've seen of other countries like those in the EU, GB, Asia etc, the fear is that if the U.S. sank everybody would get sucked under. (remember the lifeboats in Titanic?)
It seems like the developed countries that are most responsive to their people all have much smaller populations compared to the U.S. Maybe individuals impact their representatives more effectvely. It's like our size is also our biggest drag against evolving to a healthier operative mode..
80% of the time that's because of progressive/conservative battling though now it's warping/morphing into citizens/corporations (dubya's Supreme Court decides corporations are people too). And some historians say that's the fallout from the Civil War. It used to be. I'm scared to think it, but with corporate cash infiltrating the political parties & media, our politics has become a raucous Kabuki play. We're all riding on the bus, but they've jacked up the body and they're stealing the chassis, the engine and the wheels.

In October 2000, after being passed by Congress, President Bill Clinton signed the National Economic and Security and Reformation Act (NESARA): 160 nations, including CANADA, have agreed by treaty at the World Court (International Court of Justice in the Hague) to support these improvements.
This is the beginning of what has been termed the Golden Age, prophesied since biblical times.
Behind the scenes right now it is hectic ..... and the Illuminati frantic. Alan Greenspan's 1966 article explained the benefits of a gold-backed currency and this will be welcomed in international financial markets, as business worldwide will receive a tremendous boost from NESARA.. Until its official announcement, all government, banking, military, intelligence, Congressional, business, and other personnel and officials who have had to be informed about NESARA due to their professional duties, have been sworn to secrecy and would be charged with treason if they even admit that it exists, on account of sensitive information that could result in the crashing of the stock and commodity markets, and causing massive economic problems worldwide. The Corporate USA is Bankrupt, now. The Republic--We The People--is safe inside NESARA Law. The announcement has been delayed by the wiles of the international bankers, who would lose control over the nations of this world when it is introduced, but we are now at the point of its implementation worldwide.

* All banks become TREASURY banks and new currency, backed by precious metals, is issued on a one for one basis
* American and Canadian BANK DEBTS: your home mortgage, bank car loan, college education and other loans are forgiven if you are an American or Canadian citizen, as part of the compensation program for bank fraud.
* CREDIT CARD balances (again, on American & Canadian banks - and many major department stores or merchants as well) - are zeroed-out immediately, for both American and Canadian citizens and Landed Immigrants.
* CCRA is DISBANDED and all INCOME TAX - both personal and business - (which never did go to any government in Canada or the States) - is abolished; and compensation for this fraud also paid out. Likewise, the US Federal Reserve & their collection agent: IRS will be disestablished and replaced by US Treasury Banks...after a bank holiday...removes the criminals and any criminal hardware or software...and reopens as USTreasury Banks...perhaps under the same name as before...but with 'new' management.
* GenSalesTax is replaced with a straight sales tax, on new, non-essential goods and services
* NESARA Law is the Law of the Land, with sovereign citizenship, restoration of the Constitution; all statutory laws are cancelled; all cases on the books are stopped, judges, attorneys and law enforcement officers must receive 30 days of re-training in Constitutional and Common Law before any more cases are adjudicated. A near total amnesty will be granted to most ones now in jails and prisons and President Obama has ordered a case by case review of all ones incarcerated under statute laws. Most will be released and reparations for unlawful detainment is being considered for those cases that would not have been criminal under Constitutional or Common Law.
* Most of the GOVERNMENT RESIGNS - many members, past and present, charged with Treason; temporary Prime Minister installed...in Canada; followed by elections with constitutionally acceptable candidates. In the USA, President Obama and NON-Criminals elected after 10/1/08 may remain as part of the transition gov't since the US was placed Inside NESARA Law on that date by Lady Master Nada and the King of Swords, by the authority granted by the International Court of Justice(World court) in March of 1999. Lady Master Nada was appointed by the World Court as International Special Prosecutor with power to dissolve courts and arrest any International Criminals wherever they may be located on the planet.
At least 100,000 Cases have been considered by 56 Grand Juries over the last 4 years, by Patrick Fitzgerald, in the US. Their Sealed Indictments are ready to be unsealed and made public. These ones will go...or have already been taken to the World Court in the Hague...for War Crimes Trials & sentencing.
Another condition for Announcement is the disclosure of the Galactic Presence and their Involvement in planetary affairs...set to happen before the end of 2009. A 2 Hour TV Special will be aired by President Obama in Nov or Dec 2009, disclosing details. It is not yet known whether this will be Full Disclosure or progressive disclosures over some weeks.
* All Canadian & US military overseas are brought back home as Peace is declared.
All NON-Criminal residents of US, UK, Canada & Australia will receive $10 Million within 72 hours of NESARA's Announcement. If you plan on being away from your residence for an extended period, it is advisable to put in a temporary change of address notice to your local postmaster.

What is NESARA? There were 14+ Congressmen (you would recognize their names), who worked on the original provisions. Mr. GS was NOT the author. He did write his dissertation on the subject of Gold, in 1966, I believe, and many thought that he might be a White Knight. That is not correct. He was arrested. A clone was put into place and then that--I hear--became a 'film star' after his last arrest. His wife is Andrea Mitchell.
Congressional committees, under 5 Associate Supreme Court Justices, were given the task in 1993 of drafting corrections required by the Supreme Court findings related to the Farm Claims which through discovery proceedings revealed theft of their lands through collusion between the bankers, government, the courts and law enforcement, and also that the Fed Res/IRS were frauds and all of these findings required correction at the point of inception.
$40 Trillion was deposited in a bank in Chicago by the head of the Saudi Arabian Government before the King died, after Mother Sekhmet spoke to him; showed him his life and record and what he needed to do before he died to make amends. Without those funds the Farms Claims process would have halted. That became the basis for NESARA. Willie Nelson has been a staunch supporter of the Farm Claims since it's inception. They will be the first to receive funds.
Because such a correction involved so many areas and the Cabal had agents within the various committees and as trustees in all the World Trust derivative trusts,(33 as I recall) Bush Sr. and his associates managed to push through a series of requirements.
This is a long drawn out process since the Supreme Court findings in 1993 generated 'accords' which were voluntary. That didn't work. Modifications had to be made and the final series of documents and drafts went to the World Court in March 1999 where leaders from 180 countries met and St Germain, Lady Master Nada, the King of Swords, Mother Sekhmet and Alcyone were present as well. Because the voluntary hadn't worked the new provisions were proposed and KOS/St. Germain/Nada were given special international authority to do whatever was necessary to get NESARA enacted.
This resulted in the passage by our Congress of the NESARA Law in Oct 2000 when it was signed into Law by Bill Clinton. It contained one provision that requires it to be announced before its provisions can be enacted. Many White Knights have been killed trying to prepare the way for this to happen, and they have been successful in removing the mostly unknown reptilian controllers that invaded this planet some 65 Million years ago and slowly taken control. They inserted their minions into every organization (Committee of 300) and setup networks which control everything in every government throughout the planet.
Over 100 Million of these have been removed over the last 9 years and also, during recent months, the whole Committee of 300 and many of their minions have also been removed and replaced with holograms.
Patrick Fitzgerald has 100,000 indictments naming all the ones who planned, ordered and covered up 911 Conspiracy to take over the world. He is also the designated--special prosecutor--assistant of Lady Master Nada who the World Court appointed as International Special Prosecutor. She is also President of the Solar Tribunal on Saturn, and is the one who will Announce NESARA to the World...after the arrests of the indicted ones are made.
It does not matter whether or not anyone believes any of this or not. It will still happen as it has been so decreed by the Spiritual Hierarchy and this plan for the Earth's Ascension has been planned for over 2000 years. The Earth and all life on it will Ascend. Nothing can stop this from happening. It has reached a critical mass and over 85% of the lightworkers are now awake and aware of the Divine Plan for planet
Earth.
One week ago, President Obama talked to the National Press Corp and laid out some 'changes' he intends to make over the next 72 days.
He of course didn't give his opponents the details...yet.
The King of Swords has the NESARA Law documents in safekeeping and will bring them forward...along with the other principals involved at the time of the Announcement. Bill Clinton, who signed it into law, will be there and Lady Master Nada and Obama. Actually there will be a panel of 19 that will be briefing the public for 36 hours as soon as the arrests have been made.
No one in the general public has seen the full document that was signed. We have been told the basic provisions, only.
All the congressional and legal proceedings were taken from the official records; the case numbers and titles changed and these original documents have been placed in a secret location until it is safe to bring them forward.
No search will produce any of these documents. The only things on the Internet are disinformation inserted by Bush Sr. (except for the outline of key provisions published on NESARA.US).
We have been given some updates on a few changes that we posted on GRT sites.
The key provisions have not changed only some details on gifting provisions. Those were changed to simplify how individuals will receive funds. Everyone on the Planet will (within 10-15 months, post Announcement), receive an account worth $10 million. That fact and the details will be announced by Lady Master Nada. Deliveries will be accomplished within 72 hours of NESARA's announcement for all non-criminals, in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. The other country payments will follow in succession. We do not have the schedule for those countries yet.
Within 30 days of NESARA's Announcement we will have a re-indexing of all items, on a 1:10 basis. That will take most of the inflation out of the world economies which will all be based on gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals. Gold will then be set at $50/oz; Silver:$10/oz and Platinum at $100/oz. All current Federal Reserve notes will be exchanged $1:$1 with US Treasury Notes for all within this country.
All printing plates for Federal Reserve Notes will be removed from their current locations and destroyed.

We are at this moment actually under the joint jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice/World Court and the President of the Solar Tribunal {Lady Master Nada} who has been appointed by the ICJ as Special Prosecutor with power to arrest the indicted ones; dissolve our corrupt judiciary and Announce NESARA. Agents from Interpol and ICJ are present in D.C. Along with the 82nd Airborne and others. Obama is declassifying much if not all of the secret developments that go back to 1946, including this technology.
That was when the beginning plans for 911 were formulated. Subsequently the charges were built into the Twin Towers and other new buildings in many major cities. Then, all they had to do was go in and attach detonators and timers to blow up/take down the towers, with an assortment of technologies, including 2.1 and 2.3 megaton nuclear and thermite charges.
They also used holographic projectors and cruise missiles in both towers and Pentagon hits. Overhead controllers monitored the effectiveness and coordinated the separate actions but left timing gaps which revealed the actual sequences involved. (Jan. 28, 2009.)
In exchanges with Ashtar, Mother Sekhmet and KOS, we were informed that the Higher powers did see the probability that this [i.e., 9/11] would occur. They discussed all the factors and they concluded that if NESARA had been Announced, as planned, that it would have been an initial success but serious illuminati inroads would have undermined several aspects.
In general, the public wasn't ready to understand the magnitude of the Illuminati stranglehold on all institutions, systems and beliefs. On the positive side, they saw the wave of compassion that went through the whole planet would touch more people and be the basis for uniting the world and waking the public to ask for help.
So they reviewed the soul contracts of all who had chosen to clear much karma through something of this sort. You are also right about other positive results, not usually seen or expressed. Some of these concerned those who were beamed out and are on the ships and will return to tell of their experiences.
Others had awakening experiences that totally shifted their direction and has resulted in amazing spiritual advancement -- such as the CIA operative that was mentioned. Similar positive effects occurred all over the world.
The unprecedented shock wave opened the hearts of many starseed lightworkers and catapulted them into action. Although it has seemingly delayed some of the immediate benefits, it has massively increased the number who have now awakened and asked for spiritual assistance and who will, as a result, achieve ascension in this cycle.
The worldwide attention that resulted from the anticipation and interest in the Oct 14 decloakings, has stimulated so much receptivity to
discussion of galactic presence, that the Galactic Federation expects to benefit when regime change, NESARA's Announcement and decloakings occur in the near future. On Saturday of last week David Ray Griffin stated on local radio that two nuclear devices were involved in bringing down at least two of the 9/11 towers. Brian I agree, I have been saying what you are saying for years! When the seat of government is farther than one days drive there and back again, the country is too big to stay honest. People need to really know who governs them for it to work, where they live, know who their cousins are, etc. The united states was supposed to just a union of seperate states, like the european union is today, not the monstrous empire it has become. For this reason, I'm glad to pay my local town tax and don't terribly mind the state tax - it's just the Federal tax that I abhor - paying for depleted uranium, wars of agression, military tribunals, etc. I know where theres a will theres a way and the will of the American people is definitely there. The only small step I'm doing this year is I will probably send in my return one day late and all on paper. Atleast I can make it a bit difficult for them to get my money.
