Thank you for posting the healng waters link.
Nearly four years ago a group of us met in our hometown of Eureka Springs for a water healing ceremony led my Lakota Elder John Two Hawks http://www.nativecircle.com/.
This city was once know for it sweet, clear healing waters. There are 67 or so springs within the city limits and four years a go they were all toxic. To access one of the main springs twenty of us (the Mayor included) used a ladder to descend to one of the larger springs beneath city hall. We gathered around the water and made prayers, chanted, shook rattles and left.
Within a few weeks springs that had been clogged began opening, first just a trickle and over time, then those flows became small streams. Shortly after that people who were knowledgeable about cleaning became volunteer stewards and continue to do so.
Today, two of the largest springs, Basin Park Spring and Magnetic Spring are pure water and most suitable for dinking.
Praise for the Indiginous Grandmothers that led the healing of the waters. That energy works and I believe it's the only way the Gulf will be cleaned up.
Man Blessings, FairyFarmGirl
Those who are responsible for the Gulf of Mexico disaster must be held accountable... beginning with Big Oil and not just BP... but all of them and then everyone of us that use any product made from petroleum we also must bear the responsibity for this disaster. We are all responsible. It is our responsibity to clean up this mess.
The best way I am able to assist in bearing responsibilty for this disaster is to pray and create ceremony for the water. I sent out the infor to over 1000 people... and 10 joined me. May all prayer be magnified by our committment to healing our planetary waters.
