I'd love to see how this energetic, chatty girl relaxes herself into the alpha state.  I tried teaching my own kids to meditate, but even with a guided meditation designed especially for children, it just didn't interest them.

This little angel is wise beyond her years!  What a joy!

For the wild Indigos use an active meditation that uses kinetic learning to move into an expanded space.  This is the whole premise of Sacred Dancing.  Using the Sacred Spiral to arrive at the center of the HEART... into the Love.
