Terrifying scientific discovery: Strange emissions by sun are suddenly mutating matter…

For months mounting fear has driven researchers to wring their hands over the approaching solar storms. Some have predicted devastating solar tsunamis that could wipe away our advanced technology, others voiced dire warnings that violent explosions on the surface of the sun could reach out to Earth, breach our magnetic field, and expose billions to high intensity X-rays and other deadly forms of cancer-causing radiation.
Now evidence has surfaced that something potentially more dangerous is happening deep within the hidden core of our life-giving star: never-before-seen particles—or some mysterious force—is being shot out from the sun and it’s hitting Earth.
Whatever it is, the evidence suggests it’s affecting all matter.

Alarmed physicists first became aware of this threat over the past several years. Initially dismissed as an anomaly, now frantic scientists are shooting e-mails back and forth to colleagues across the world attempting to grasp exactly what is happening to the sun.

Something impossible has happened. Yet the “impossible” has been proven to be true. Laboratories around the globe have confirmed that the rate of radioactive decay—once thought to be a constant and a bedrock of science—is no longer a constant. Something being emitted from the sun is interacting with matter in strange and unknown ways with the startling potential to dramatically change the nature of the very Earth itself.
Exactly what has scientists so on edge is the fact that the natural rate of decay of atomic particles has always been predictable. Indeed, using the decay rate of Carbon-14 has been a method to date archeological artifacts. The process, known as carbon dating, measures the quantity of Carbon-14 within organic objects. According to the numbers, Carbon-14 has a specific half-life of 5,730 years. Physicists have proven through exhaustive observation and experimentation over the course of a century that it takes 5,730 years for Carbon-14 atoms to decay into a stable Nitrogen-14.
The values don’t change—or at least they never have in the past. With certain evidence that radioactive decay can be significantly affected by an unknown effect from the sun, much of science is turned on its head.
Rate of decay speeding up
Worst of all, if the decay rates of matter are being mutated then all matter on Earth is being affected including the matter that makes up life.
The mutation may go so far as to change the underlying reality of the quantum universe—and by extrapolation-the nature of life, the principles of physics, perhaps even the uniform flow of time.
In fact, some evidence of time dilation has been gleaned from close observation of the decay rate. If particles interacting with the matter are not the cause—and matter is being affected by a new force of nature-then time itself may be speeding up and there’s no way to stop it.
Neutrinos the cause?
Researchers have correlated the anomalies in the decay rate to a 33-day period. That time frame matches the 33-day rotation of the solar core. Such a match strains credulity as being a mere coincidence.
Since the sun’s core is known to blast out continuous streams of particles called neutrinos, some scientists are attempting to find evidence that neutrinos are the culprits behind the mutation of matter.
There’s a problem with that hypothesis, however, as neutrinos are like ghost particles. They’re extremely difficult to detect. Normally, neutrinos pass through the Earth without any interaction at all. To a neutrino, it’s as if the Earth doesn’t exist.
Other than discovering a previously unknown property of neutrinos, or finding a new particle altogether, the possibility exists that no particle is behind the changes recorded in the radioactive decay rates. What could be causing the phenomenon is a previously unknown force.
Unknown dangers
As the sun builds towards solar maximum and a period of dangerous intensity never experienced by any living person inexorably approaches, strange, uncontrollable forces could be building deep within its fiery nuclear furnace.
It’s already been proven that the sun’s mass warps time, bends light waves and accounts for mutation of species on Earth. Now this new force may be directly interacting with matter in a way that could not only change Mankind’s understanding of physics, but change Mankind itself…and not necessarily in a beneficial way.
Yes, the e-mails will continue to fly and the hands will continue to wring. But in the end, we are all just observers.
Whether the phenomenon has no real impact on humanity, or the worst impact imaginable, nothing can be done to stop it. Once again, the titanic forces of nature rear up to overwhelm our technology—and we find ourselves like the playthings of gods.

I has just finished reading this piece before I logged on here. I am shocked that science is finally acknowledging that they are clueless as to why things are [not] working the way they postulated many years ago. I'm surprised they haven't suggested we build shrines and venerate neutrinos.

With respect to the mystery of accelerating decay the Mayans know that everything,not just processor speed, accelerates the closer we get to the center. This last phase of this sun is precisely marked on the Mayan calander.
It seems to me, and that's from life experience, that if we stay in the Tao or the Moment, it is in that space that we have the resilience to respond to whatever comes our way.
LOL - how long have people been saying that it's the SUN that is changing, and causing things like climate change etc. Finally - here is a some admissions from science that they don't know what is going on with the sun - except that it isn't what they have been saying all this time. I posted something re James McCanney - and he has been saying for years that science has been hiding the fact that the sun is changing. They have always taught that the sun was a constant - never changing for "billions" of years - and the earth too for that matter, when the evidence does not support that at all.
This is even better though - as it goes beyond the normal ideas and starts getting into "etheric" change. It's making changes that are at the fundamental core of what makes this reality! Wow - sounds like reality is about to change! Cool.
was delighted to read this article and I changed the title in the post from the title of the article because I did not experience this news as terrifying. The fact that the rate of change of atomic decay is speeding up means that time is speeding up - doesn't it? This is also what I have heard from many channeled teachings. It seems that the underpinnings of our "reality" are changing and so, anything could happen. The potential of this is very exciting to me.

Really! There's no possibility - since you don't have the faintest idea of what's taking place - that there is a third and more positive alternative, that the sun that gives us life could in fact be making a beneficial change for humanity and all life on Earth? Nature is not the enemy. I'm glad I don't view life from a strictly scientific viewpoint or I would have killed myself a long time ago from fear and utter helplessness.
Well, I'm glad to see I'm not alone in this view.

Ditto for me, we all have a different perspective, but from my vantage point Obama has shown right from the start with his pick of banker/Wall Street backed advisors that he was no different than Bush.
As far as this article goes, I also found it to be hopeful. I know it's very wishful thinking but I hope the half lives get so drastically shortened it will heal the planet of the damage done by Fukushima. Isn't that be a wonderful miracle to envision?

The Sun is expanding and in doing so emotions are running wild... for me and my family at least... and many others who send me emails. All saying they feel like laughing one moment and crying the next. People are having melt-downs at work! And feeling horrified that thier emotions are running them!
Stress, Stress, Stress and more stress is what everyone is talking about right now! I too am very highly stressed at this moment.
All perception markers in my life are about to disappear. I know not where I will land or how--- and being in yet another freefall is not on my list of "fun" or "happy" things to do.
The way in which society has socially ordered itself is not conducive to weathering the changes that the Sun is bringing. It is very challenging for many including myself at this time.
I am happy the sun in caressing the Earth. She needs the attention during this time of birthing. It is all very beautiful--- and essential to planetary health.
The Group through Steve Rother warned that the sunlight would cause highly unstable emotionality in 2011-12. Boy, were they ever right!

It is not only the sun that is bringing about changes. Here's a video from a guy using a computer model from JPL tracking the approach of a so called comet Elenin. It's a very interesting and conclusive analysis. His final recommendation is "develop a close personal relationship with God". Seems about right to me.

All is leading each of us individually to our own personal "void point." This is a good thing, as it allows us an opportunity to start fresh, and be who we were meant to be, want to be, or just feel like being. Getting there is not easy - as it is the loss of what we use to define "who we are" (external definitions) - if that is what we are still doing (we all do on some level). And so, without these familiar markers - we are left feeling somewhat "undefined" in who we are. The Void Point!
And there in lies the opportunity to redefine who we are without the external definitions! After all, they no longer exist for us. I would think that if we were 100% aligned with internal "higher" definitions of self - there would be no void point to experience. That's a telling concept, in that as humans - of course we are naturally going to use external ideas to create a comfortable definition for who we are. So in that way - no one is 100% immune.
Peeling the onion - one void point at a time! Let's make some onion rings...
Regarding the comet - apparently NASA has not released any photos confirming the existence of this comet - so it's possible that this is another scare tactic. There should be tons of amature photos too. Lots of talk - no photos! OR - they are not wanting to show something that would obviously scare the bejesus out of everyone (see the video from Japan from the article posted above - there does appear to be something in the sky). Guess we'll see soon enough!
The JPL has a program called Near Earth Object Program, which track objects in space. There are many objects being tracked. There's even a widget you can download that will direct you to these close flybys, many of them having this type of computer modeling of their trajectories (they are not films). So, it's unlikely that this is a "fear mongering" exercise.
The guy who made the video just discovered the coincidences of the alignment of the comet with the sun, earth, and a few other planets and the earthquakes. For this reason he considers that the object is a dwarf star since a comet would not have sufficient gravitational pull to affect the earth as it seems to have done. NASA keeps saying that there is no causative connection, so... what is real?
The next alignment is Sept 26th. By then we will be pretty much toward the end of the 9th Wave of the Maya calendar and many strange thing will have happened (I imagine) by then.
And you are right, this is an incentive to get our identity from the inside.

This was reported in the New Scientist in 2009, following up the observation on varying decay rates, made back in 1986.
Plus, the NS article explains how carbon 14 decay does vary, always has, it's not regarded as dangerous, just a nuisance for archaeologists, who have tables to help get the date right.
One explanation of the variation is the "heartbeat of the sun".
Another is seasonal temperature variation,
another is neutrinos "wobbling" through the 3 different "flavours" with tiny difference in mass that they do normally.
