The photo of a young manwith a white shirt & a bow tie standing on the edge of a city street, rather stiffly holding a cardboard sign which says, "THE BEGINNING IS NEAR" does not seem willing to stay posted after I save...oh, well.

I like it.  Sounds like a good phrase to write on a dollar bill.
