Hi All:

Thought this email concerning HAARP in 2012 an important one to pass along to remind us all of what happened in July of 2008, when Northern California experienced over 8,000 lightening strikes (causing fires and untold damage to thousands of people, the land and wildlife).  The days leading up to these catastrophic fires, our skies were purposely being sprayed and saturated with aluminum, barium and other electrically conductive materials from the various geo-engineering programs conducted that year. 

I had a friend tell me the night when the worst of the lightening strikes occurred in northern California, as he was traveling back up to Mt. Shasta, from I-5 from Redding, he said, "As I looked to the east [from I-5 from Redding] I never saw anything like it before in my life, I literally saw a whole wall of lightening strikes from one end of the horizon to the other, lightening coming down from the skies all the way to the ground, it was very unusual and strange!"

Geophysicists were baffled to why northern California had over 8,000 lightening strikes, because historically northern California (according to NASA's own maps) is known to have the least amount of lightening strikes than other areas.  See NASA map in attachment.  

The more people wake up to these facts about the geo-engineering agendas, the less likely they will be able to get away with experimenting with their extremely dangerous techo-toys.

The evil scientists at DARPA and HAARP are constantly busy designing fascinating new ways to kill people, and their latest efforts may shock you (no pun intended).

As I detest conspiracies, let’s see factually what DARPA has planned for HAARP in 2012.

Project Title: Fundamentals of Physical Phenomena*

Description: *Previously included in Fundamentals of Nanoscale and Emergent Effects and Engineered Devices, and Atomic Scale Materials and Devices.

This thrust will obtain insights into physical aspects of natural phenomena such as magnetospheric sub-storms, fire, lightning, and geo-physical phenomena. A major emphasis of this thrust is to provide predictive models for the interactions between plasmas and electromagnetic waves across a range of energy and length scales, and into new regimes. Specific projects that fall under this heading are foundational studies on: the initiation (creating), propagation (aiming), and attachment of lightning (hitting a target), and their associated emissions; the critical factors affecting magnetospheric sub-storms; the generation and amplification of extremely low frequency (ELF)/ultra low frequency (ULF)/very low frequency (VLF) radiation in the ionosphere utilizing the High Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) transmitter; and understanding and quantifying the interaction of electromagnetic and acoustic waves with the plasma in flames.

FY 2010 Accomplishments:

• Initiated a series of HAARP experimental campaigns to study ionospheric and trans-ionospheric phenomena, including:

1. optimization of high frequency to very low frequency conversion efficiency
2. wave-particle interaction
3. generation and propagation of ultra low frequencies, very low frequencies and artificial ducts
4. triggering and characterization of specific ionospheric instabilities.

• Developed theoretical models for triggered lightning, transient luminous events (airglow), lightning-induced electron precipitation and related ionospheric phenomena.
• Developed theoretical models for lightning initiation, propagation, and attachment.

FY 2011 Plans:

• Conduct a comprehensive series of ELF/ULF/VLF generation experiments to study the efficiency of density pre-conditioning.
• Characterize ionospheric current drive (ICD), artificially stimulated emissions in the ionosphere, and ionospheric turbulence and associated scintillations.
• Equip at least two facilities capable of launching rockets every thirty seconds in order to trigger lightning and measure all associated phenomena, including the initiation, propagation, attachment processes as well as all associated emissions such as gamma rays, RF and high power electromagnetic pulse (HEMP).

FY 2012 Plans:

• Conduct comprehensive HAARP-ULF experiments to study the onset of noise under a variety of space-weather conditions.
• Conduct a series of experiments to inject VLF waves into artificial ducts.
• Develop, implement and test a continuously-operational, extensive array of instruments which will measure all atmospheric and electromagnetic components of tropospheric lightning and correlate this phenomenon with various ionospheric events.
• Deploy balloons into thunderstorms to make in-situ electric field, X-ray and gamma-ray measurements.
• Develop and deploy a constellation of receivers to study the radio emissions generated by lightning and associated ionospheric events.

So HAARP is directly involved in the Lightning Weapon studies?  So much for all the bullshit about submarine communications.  Let’s dig a little deeper:

Location: The United States is home to thunderstorms of various type, duration, scale and intensity. This program would like to capitalize on the unique geographic features of various locations across the CONUS that offer an increased likelihood of intercepting thunderstorms that exhibit unique characteristics (e.g., elevated, supercellular, multicellular, pulse, etc.).

Experimental Set-up for Triggering Lightning: Bidders should fully describe how they would attempt to trigger lightning and list all potential pieces of equipment necessary to trigger lightning, as well as the equipment necessary to measure and characterize the processes governing lightning initiation, propagation, and attachment.

As indicated, the technical hurdles for storm development in support of military operations are obviously greater than enhancing precipitation or dispersing fog as described earlier. One area of storm research that would significantly benefit military operations is lightning modification. Most research efforts are being conducted to develop techniques to lessen the occurrence or hazards associated with lightning. This is important research for military operations and resource protection, but some offensive military benefit could be obtained by doing research on increasing the potential and intensity of lightning. Concepts to explore include increasing the basic efficiency of the thunderstorm, stimulating the triggering mechanism that initiates the bolt, and triggering lightning such as that which struck Apollo 12 in 1968.22 Possible mechanisms to investigate would be ways to modify the electropotential characteristics over certain targets to induce lightning strikes on the desired targets as the storm passes over their location.

   Two weeks ago I drove home from Houston, normally a 3 hr drive, that took 6 1/2 hours. I drove through a 4 hour lightening storm that was equivalent to driving into a strobe light. Literally, the lightening never stopped! Each flash was seconds apart. Amazingly, there was very little thunder. Finally, I had to put my sunvisor down to block some of the light and this was at night! I’d never experienced anything like it! We’ve had strange tube clouds for many months and the skies are daily checker-boarded with chem-trails, or cloud systems in regular patterns, many strips with clouds at right angels to them. I firmly believe these are HAARP generated. I lived in Anchorage when the 1st was built and the stated usage has changed many times over the years. It’s definitely a cover-up of what it is really for – weather control.

Someone should really send this page http://www.fairewinds.org/fukushima, to "Jim Stone," who claims to be a former NSA agent and has been going around saying that Arnie Gundersen "doesn't know what he's talking about," and that the nuclear engineering community has "ostracized" him.  Oddly, Stone's e-mail is linked to an address in... Saudi Arabia...(??), and he has not challenged Gundersen or said one thing to correct any of Gundersen's findings, certainly nothing technical.  I find that very odd, for someone who claims to have been working in the nuclear engineering field...
