Opening up my love to those i (use to) lashed out in hate, such a unique transformation,
well now that i think about it, its natural, when your seeing with more awareness, more understanding, more to the person(or things) soul/nature you find that hating is not logical.
wow (tears) threw such the slightest variance of seeing... changing ever so subtlety to love , a small act of forgiveness by switching from blaming, rejecting, forcing separation, to---> the desire to heal, help, nurture all that energetic anger turns to love, purpose, desire
within hate is love, they are the same energy, its like a wave(the ocean), it can be calm, centered, peaceful... and then it can be ruff, violent, tide wave's, undertows... the difference in the outward appearance is the turbulence within, hate is turbulent love
by seeing with more of your soul, and giving a small act of forgiveness or the knowledge that there is nothing to really forgive the turbulence with in you subsides and you feel the calm intensely powerful love.
i have a sense that there is a drawn a pone conclusion that by calming your hate to love that you will stop being the change you want to see, stop standing up... this i realized is a silly conclusion your alinement with your inner or higher self, its desires do not change from this transformation if anything it strengthens them, for that is its source, i will do what i feel aligned to do, and that might be battling repression but i do it not with hate in my heart but with love,
your cosmic brother that loves you and loves your hate because i see the infinite stillness with in that expression, that is an ocean of love...
Yes! That's such a beautiful way of sharing that experience! Thank you so much for writing it down! It's hard sometimes to think of how to express internal changes like that and you did it beautifully. <3
Beautiful, Thomas! Thanks so much for all you are doing for all of us.
With love and joy,
Fred
"within hate is love, they are the same energy, its like a wave(the ocean), it can be calm, centered, peaceful... and then it can be ruff, violent, tide wave's, undertows... the difference in the outward appearance is the turbulence within, hate is turbulent love"
Such a great analogy, Thomas. We live within a sea of love.
Abraham-Hicks uses the metaphor of a stick... what we get depends upon which end of the stick we pick up. It has also been said that there are really only 2 emotions: love and fear. All negative emotions stem from fear... so how can we "hate" anyone who acts out of fear? That's why I love using Ho'oponopono. It heals both ends of the stick, so to speak.
At my Unity Church, we sang the Peace Song after every service. I used to wonder if the only thing preventing world peace was my inability to find peace within myself. Afterall, we can only really change ourselves. What if in changing ourselves, we are able to miraculously change the world?
Here are the lyrics to the Peace Song (slightly altered from the original by my church)
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.
Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be.
With God as our father, family all are we.
Let me walk with my family in perfect harmony.
Let peace begin with me; let this be the moment now.
With every step I take, let this be my joyous vow.
To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally.
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.
I've never heard the Peace song, thanks for posting it! I'm gonna carry those lyrics a while and see how they stick...
Thomas, a beautiful transformation with awareness! Thank you for sharing! I think this is the place we will be at when we see peace busting out all over the world. It's beautiful to think that the energy used to hate can be turned around and used to create love and peace all around us! To me, its also like walking into darkness and then turning around and moving toward the light. Its our choice! We can!
Noa, thanks for putting the song here and it is sung at more than just Unity meetings. My wife and I have both gained a lot from the Unity church and we still read the Course In Miracles, which helps to keep us heading toward the light.
As Thomas indicates, its all one. Without the darkness, we would not know the light and without hatred or fear we would not know love and peace.
Thanks to all.
Here's a version by another Unity Church in Washington. The tune is the same. I like their words. They finish with the same spoken words that my church used.
I miss that little ritual.
i sent out a signal to open up to love with thous i was lashing out in hate and it took me for a ride deeper in me (started a new thread then realized it was connected so im gonna put it up here)
(Warning this is graphic)(if that's not where you want to go right now then don't and or check back later when you do)(for me i wish to understand so i can help heal)
i came across this (graphic) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9F3xNdkzDk&feature=youtu.be
ended up watching all 3 parts
i feel my energy swirling, but it did not latch on to hate, But it saw much dysfunction
i realize there is something i can learn from this, i don't know what that is yet
i realize more then anything my energy towards this want to solve this, wants to help heal
i did some ho'oponopono thought it would be good to reflect in heal out, i will stay open to my alignment, following myself where it leads me,(perhaps there is beauty within this)(sometimes its the darkness that gets us to reach for the light)perhaps when we see the wounds we have inflicted on ourselves and others with the eye of are soul, (will be) is the cocoon (chrysalis) for are transformation to the butterfly(of beauty, love, shift into our next stage)
i now realize this was / is an invitation to open up my love further, to see how endless that ocean can be
(don't get me wrong i would of done all i could to stop this, but i realized i can even have a place in my heart which loves them, a part of me doesn't want to accept that, wants to cast them out, but how would that help, the heart in me knows its more powerful to have love for them,(doesn't mean to let the dysfunction run free i could never do that, i would use the protective use of force in situations like these when communication obvious wont cut it) Its easy to hate to divide yourself from them, its another to love them and take responsibility for whats happening
im glad i have you all, you have helped me threw so much
with abundant love your brother
I just love that all the cellphone cameras and other tech gadgets are working to our advantage within a corrupt system that is trying very hard to cover its tracks.
I don't think that is what Janet Napolitano had in mind with her "If you see something, say something" Walmart message: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQZhvuxf0-c
Turnabout is fair play!
