This is little more than a lucky loophole for the unjustly prosecuted, James Stewart and Sharon Palmer.  To me, it's just a distraction to the main issue at hand -- that is the malicious persecution of natural food producers.  In due time, the LAPD and other over-zealous government officials will have their oaths duly sworn and life will return to gestapo as usual.
