These are the times I wish I belonged to a local group of like minded spiritual people, I have looked into some, have yet to really find a home.
So here I share with my online friends. Over this last year or so I have continued to have stronger and stronger feelings and guidance (when I take time to listen or even ask) to develop my Spirituality in service of others, particularly in the area of healing and life guidance. I have known since I was maybe 18 years old that I am blessed with the gift of Healing, although I have never really used it or even nutured it, well it seems now is the time. I have had over the last months very strong messages coming through, that this is the path I should follow.
It is said that my Healing will come through my speech most strongly, so I guess written word plays a part there. Yet I have no qualifications beyond life experience and a trust in my guides, so do I just jump on in?
Man, I am so filled with aprehension on this, I guess that's the reason I share here, some extra Spiritual support. May I be as bold as to ask you to hold me up in your hearts, through this time. Of course I am always and ever open to any advice you may have.
There is No Greater Qualification My Friend than Life skill.
We Have entered the Age of Aquarius, simply allow the energy of those skills "Wisdom and Understanding" to pour fourth.
The Master lets things take their course and thus never fails.
If you are concerned about the outcome as you are about the begining, then it is hard to do things wrong.
The Master seeks no possessions He learns by unlearning, thus he is able to understand all things.
This gives him the ability to help all of creation.

Like you, I have recently had an epiphany -- a sort of calling to use my talents for the betterment of all. (I'll be sharing more about this at a later time.) This may be the result of the daily mantra I repeat to myself, "Thy will be done through me."
The seed of desire can be more of a prerequisite than formal qualifications. If you're not sure how to "jump in" may I suggest that you contemplate the idea through prayer and meditation? Ask your guides for guidance and be willing to follow it -- no matter how scary or strange it may seem.
Courage, my friend. You're in good company.

I took a workshop on developing remote viewing psi skills (it's fun) and the guy leading us suddenly changed gears to intuitive medical diagnosis. He said distance intuiting of 'medical' stuff is really easy for most people to do even if they don't use other psi skills. Stands to reason...we used to live in tight little groups where this could be handy for survival of all.
He just asked us to pair up and have the first person (secretly-zero hints!)hold in their mind a close friend or relative with a medical issue(s). The other person just tries to see or "scan" the body of the unknown person and give their impressions. ..Anyway, it was interesting how well many people did! My friend who thinks he has no skills in psi did this amazing job diagnosing or visuallizing his partners sister down to unexpected forgotten details-effortlessly. I kept stumbling trying to scan my partners person because the guy kept changing from one person to a second over and over. Turned out the brother is bipolar! Try it. A good way to get some experience and familiarity with your gifts. Be willing to make mistakes. Big ones even.
Oh yeah- our leader also recommended seeing an atlas of the human body and learn what things look like, where they are etc. He said it helped him a lot.
