Just watched this last night, sharing as I believe it may explain a lot to us, I know it did for me. It's a little scary, yet I do not feel anxious in any way just more aware is all, and I guess thankfully I do not commute daily to the city, and I live out in a country suburb.

Most people are programmed to scoff at this idea, but it may well be that foil (perhaps discreetly placed inside of normal hats) are a protection against the "electromagnetic soup" that affects our brains. It's worth researching this -- and maybe testing it with respect to the effects of wearing protection like this (even just during the day) on sleep. This would be easy to test with people who are light sleepers.
I know someone who used to wear a kind of wire-mesh beanie, which apparently also works to keep out EM radiations (see "Faraday Cage").
And, of course, taking melatoning orally seems like a good thing, given what's said in this video.

As regards the oral taking of Melatonin, it may help in some way. although the way I understood the process, the penial gland waits for darkness as it assists the melatonin to do it's job fully. the interferance seems to put it off task and confuse the whole cleansing process.

I have a few of those EMF-blocking chips on my computer and cell phone. Really no idea if they work at all, but I guess it makes me feel good to know they are there. Have you heard of the Q-Link pendants / keychains that do the same? More discrete than a foil hat. I worry about this as there just seems to be so many electronics "nowadays". :)

I am on the road, and haven't been able to watch the video, but I will. Looking at the comments though, I would like to say this. My qiqong teacher used to rant about emf, and it's effects on us, 25 years ago, before anyone really spoke of it. but he was so right. It is quite simple though. Your "aura" is a show of your immune system, and if you "pump it up" in the morning, it will protect you ! Just picture a sputtering light bulb, almost unscrewed,flickering and going in and out. Our electrical currents are the same way, beaten down by these hazards on a daily basis. A good set of qiqong, or other internal breathing exercises,does wonders for this. The effects are easily felt and recognized, and become stronger as you practice more. you are , in effect pumping up this shield around you. If you have ever seen one of these old masters take a full force shot to the head, and the blow just bounces off, that is what they're doing. When we remember that our "field" extends beyond our physical body, it is easier to picture this shield, and see how a good breathing, meditative practice can help. I think that a "medical qiqong" set, meditation with movement, helps distribute and stabilize our field. Even an old injury site creates a weak point in your field, and needs to be patched, orworked out. I have many of those....
I would also lke to add that, in times of depression, I have found thhese exercises to be invaluable, as we can be so vulnerable in these times, and take on alot of other crap. In the right mindset, when the time is right, you can release this "stuff" with this exercise also, but when you have to go out in the world every day, it will stabilize you, and keep those emotions "stable" so you can take care of business.
The exercise in intention with this method is the key, bringing your focus to that part of you which is so important...I was lucky enough to live in a couple of old mud brick homes in the southwest, with 18-24 inch thick walls, and they were great, blocking most of the emf. Cellphones wouldn't work there. The "feeling" inside the house was always great,,,like being in a city during a blackout, and the "hum" stops....true silence...I want to address this more ,but will do so in your other post,,,when I get to my destination here,,,,,l,,,,,,t

that was pretty,,qiqong is so beautiful. But there are thousands of qiqong exercises ! I learned several sets, starting 25 years ago, and kept the ones that I really saw results from. I have to say, if you can find a "coiling set", you will see results....I still have it on tape, but it is packed away in America...These sets, I do every day, and they can do anything. Picture,,,,,,wringing out a wet towel,,,,and the towel is your arm, leg, torso, etc. Everything we do in the west is based on impact, right down to walking, so following ,,,or starting your day by "coiling " or "twisting your meat on the bone, stimulates, relaxes, opens channels, nourishes the bone marrow, and , most of all, releases anything that we hold in the fasciae, the layers of tissue between the muscles. That is where we hold toxins, emotions,etc. We just don't move this way in the west, as we are always fighting gravity...A longer inhale leads the energy in, to nourish the bone marrow, a longer exhale nourishes the skin. I used the last exercise in the set, along with a few I made up myself, to heal my hip, when the doctors wanted to fuse the sacrum back to the hip, and had such an amazing recovery, they asked for videotapes of the exercises I did for the international conference that year. I learned those sets from doctor Yang Jwing Ming, who has plenty of other videos on youtube, but I haven't found that one. His videos were the only ones I have ever seen that you could actually learn properly from,complete with breathing subtitles. I have also taught those to two other people who have had amazing results......A good "medical qiqong" set would also be highly beneficial.It is a funny term, because, technically, it is all medical......That said, here is a set I found a few years ago, and was so impressed, that I took it up immediately.,,,,taijishen.htm This is based on the theory that man's purpose is to be the "middleman" between heaven and Earth...Mixing heaven and Earth ! If the link doesn't work, just search Taijishengong,,,on youtube...This woman does it at an extreme level, which is what I took up,,,,but you will see her father's version right below hers on the search results,,,he is an amazing man....His stances aren't so low,,,and it is probably better to learn it that way. She is young, and makes those low positions look easy, but it is better to work towards that.....When I do this set outdoors in China,,,people stare at me,,haha! They don't see this stuff here anymore. You can see lots of funny exercises in the parks in the morning, but most have just adapted something they like, as opposed to a balanced set, with all around benefits. You will see her expelling dirty energy, then regathering a few minutes later, all amidst alot of big circular motions.....I showed this set to several of my classes here, and they laughed very hard ! Only about one in fifty sees anything in taiji or qiqong, but my students have at least shown a little interest, as they know I practice daily,,,,and because I am much stronger than them, and I'm an old man !
Let me add that, the coiling is the only set I've ever seen that seems to really pump your "field" up all around,,,you will notice that cold doesn't bother you nearly as much, things like that... And, emotionally,although you will become more sensitive to what's going on around you, you don't have to "become" it, as you have this kind of forcefield up. Once you realize you can control it, (what to let in, what not to), things change. All in all, it is a great way to empower ourselves, to become more aware of what we are capable of, and a way to "work out", or practice it ! I'll keep looking ! ,,,,L,,,,T
Hey Todd, can you share some links to some good Qi Gong exercises? I have several books and videos at home and I have to say they are so boring, I rarely can motivate myself to do them.
But I'm very interesting in building and storing Chi to help turn back the aging process. I'd appreciate any resources you might know of.
well, I guess I just had to look again ! i went to the ymaa site, and found the new version of the old video i got 25 years ago.......taiji_qigong_DVD.htm The description in this link matches the video i bought way back then, and includes all the same sets. My video was just over two hours, and this one is a little shorter, but the list is the same. I want to add that, videos are hard to learn from, and turn a lot of people off ....I had another teacher who was the guy who companies asked to approve their dvd's for learning, and he said he had never approved one of them....I used to do 3 or 4 day seminars ,,,in the woods up in new york with Yang jwing ming, once or twice a year. He was so sought after for lecturing around the world back then, even if i had lived in Boston, where his big school is, I would of never received instruction from him, he was always on the road. I always felt he had a way with teaching. He is a true scholar, and , before coming to the US, had access to all the old writings and documents about qiqong, which is the true base for all Chinese science and medicine. His books would include 2 translations of the old documents, literal translation, which was metaphorical, and an easier to understand translation for laymen..I valued all the care he took in this work, and , although he doesn't speak much, he seemed to use the right words. Most of the direction in this video was done by one of his students, with a boston accent,,ha!
A little tip, if you choose to pick this one up,,,would be to really spend the time with it for a while, do the whole thing,all the warmups, and all the sets. The primary, coiling, and rocking sets, are taught , each exercise,individually, then strung together, with breathing subtitles....I later made an edited version of the 3 sets, and some of the warmups, which I gave away for a long time to people who I know wouldn't spend the time on the whole thing.....But, the coiling set alone is worth the money. If you really learn this set, and do it twice a day, you will experience great improvement in everything you do. You can start other exercise programs , if you wish, and the soreness from repitition will disappear if followed with the coiling.(the wringing out of the muscles dissapates the blockage we get from repetitive movement) It's no miracle, just common sense, a meditation in motion. Just know that, once you can do this set without having to follow(freeing your mind up to listen inside), the benefits will multiply considerably...and your daily functions and movements will slowly become more integrated(mind and body)....I would be more than happy to give you some tips along the way,as there are definitely points where a few words to ponder ,while you are in these sets, will help....Like,,,condensing and expanding ! There is a lifting in frequency has been going on for some time, there is a short article here Zero point & the Schumann Resonance Good info except maybe his thoughts on Possible Outcomes.
Also protecting ourselves could really be very simple. I love T's TaiChi Qiqong practice have found a local instructer and will be talking further with them. I am short on resources, not in a place to be able to pay ongoing fees.
Earth Breathing this is a very simple tecnique, I would add to it the Quantum pause, that is a timed pause between all breaths the same duration as taken for both in and out breaths
