Cirque du Soleil blows my concepts of possibilities and potential every time!  Saw them in Denver for the Corteo show.  And those hoops were one of my favorite acts.  And the girls in lingerie spinning from chandeliers...  Amazing stuff.  Always wanted to join the circus.

       what a beautiful way to manifest the strength of a gymnast1 Did you see her body? I always felt that gymnasts are so limited in their performances, as their outlet to perform publicly is usually just performing the same old "tricks", then being judged on the minor details of it.....It's great to see such an artistic outlet for such intense physical training.....T

the other crazy act that got me was a woman laying on her back and juggling hula-hoops with her feet and arms...  wish I was close enough to see her eyes and if she just stares at one spot in front of her and uses the "soft eyes" technique, or if they are darting this way and that to track movement.  or if she could do it with eyes closed!  whoa!
