Astounding images! And we are all One.
Photographer Jimmy Nelson captured the pictures of small indigenous disappearing groups from all over the world. These photographers are truly amazing and very well documented with the things that play an important role in their lives. Jimmy Nelson has also written a book “Before They Pass Away” which you can check on Amazon. You will love this post too: Dogs Shaking Water Off. Source: beforethey.com
Incredible photographs
How did those 2 african guys float about a foot off the ground? That's some good photography if they just happened to catch them jumping - no blurr about the bodies. I wish there was a bit more description about all these people. I guess I have to buy the book.
What an incredible collection of photographs. They're so sharp and clear. Beyond that, one wonders how they found these people and got them to pose so magnificently.
And Wendy, it's a good point about the lack of blur in that jumping photo. A good photographer knows the answer to that one.
In case anyone is wondering, these people really do jump...
Wow , these pics are amazing . Like Wendy was saying I wish there was more caption with these photos. That is a great question Noa, how and when did they get these marvelous pics ?
I love you all ,Eric
I stumbled on that trick years aho when using roxio to put together pics and videos of my son,,,,you can make a photo of any instant in the video,,,stop it,,,adjust it,,,and capture it! It's great for catching those one of a kind faces! Now,,,,there is a setting on my phone camera that takes around 20 shots in 5 seconds,,,,that works great too! Those jumpers looked so familiar,,,it finally hit me. They were the tribe used in the tv show "Jambo" back in the 60's ! I watched it as a kid, on Saturday mornings ! The strange thing is,,,I can still remember the opening of the theme song...."Jambo Jambo means hello! In a weird and funky African way!"....I guess that's better than some of the dumb commercial jingles that are still lodged in my brain!!!,,,,,,L,,,,,,,T
Thanks Tscout - Too bad they didn't just spiritually advance to the point where they could actually float.
I can keep dreamin' !
