depression

Hi, all.

I got some difficult news this morning from the school social worker that has me on my heels, and I am hoping to get a bit of sound advice and counsel from you...

 I recently read a young woman's description of her own depression (of which I sometimes suffer). It was the first time I heard anything that really described it. I don't have it here to share(I'll try to find it) but I want to hear any descriptions *you have of the exact experience.
