I read this article today in Salon.com, and thought it was worth sharing.

I have found the author, Glen Greenwald to be fair and evenhanded in his treatment of all political subject. He is a constitutional lawyer, and leans to the left as they say. His critique of Obama is both difficult to hear (for a left leaning woman), and heartbreakingly accurate. He's not viewing any of it at a deeper, behind the scenes level, but does call to the carpet the administration that had promised so much and is now delivering the seemingly exact opposite.

He was/is Wall Street's representative, first and foremost, from the very beginning, as are many of the people he hired to be in his cabinet... This is so very evident, not only in his selection of individuals to serve with him (just do backround checks on them to see where they have been prior to serving in this administration, not hard to do these days), but also in the policy decisions President Obama has executed concerning Wall Street and the Banks... It is right in our face, but what is even more glaringly bizarre is the right wing's voracious appetite for hating him, as if he were behaving like some kind of left wing commie liberal, when he is actually right of center, just as Clinton was and still is, with a Senator wife that is right of her right of center husband.
It is such a bizarre and interesting time in human history, and very interesting to watch how it plays out and be part of it with a better understanding of transformation, transcension and One-ness. I suspect that we are witnessing a manifestation of chaos theory which is a good thing since it means reorganization is just around the corner... Did we really think for one moment that those who control who enters the highest office in the wealthiest and most influential country in the world turned their heads for a moment and Barack Obama just snuck in under the radar while they weren't looking??? This would be as purposefully and willfully delusional as was the misplaced faith the right wingnuts had in GW (and still do)...
The game of the current ruling class paradigm is fixed. To not understand this would set anyone up for probable delusional conclusions at times, considering how high emotions run with religion and politics. It will not be overcome, but faded and transcended, would be my guess at this point, by greater and greater numbers of people awakening, and then we finally hit some magic number that manifests an amazing change for the better in human evolution, spiritually and physically......

hmmm... perhaps you are right, but, at this moment it seems to me that that is a good response. Imagine what would have happened by now had the populace responded in the previously "normal" way? We would have had martial law slapped on us overnight. All those FEMA camps would be filled to the brim, with many members of this and similar forums included. The Internet would have closed except for commercial/consumer purposes. Our streets would be policed by "private contractors". Disappearances would be common, and not many people, except their immediate relatives and friends would know about it. You name it. TPB want that. It would be much more easy for them.
Gaia's nervous system is still in an embryonic stage. It would not develop any further. That is not positive for all.
Don't get "your panties all in a bunch" :-) (where does that expression come from?!) Keep breathing, keep ho'oponopono, keep watching internally and externally, expanding personally and communally, keep your integrity... it will happen.
