Solidarity Meditation/Song with Occupy Wall Street and Sister Movements Across the USA and World 11:11 Am 10/1/11

This comes to me by way of an email from Jewels at Iparte.com  I will be joining from where ever I am standing at 11:11 Am in my time zone on Oct 1, 2011.  I invite you to join with me and all the others--Fairy

Occupy Wall Street.

You might not have heard all that much about Occupy Wall Street in the news because our own news media has found this story conveniently uninteresting. It is easy to understand why when you learn that this movement is targeting the greed and abuse of the top 1% (illuminati) who have controlled, manipulated and abused the wealth and the minds of the people, media, and government. Since the target...s of Occupy Wall Street are the very people who own our media and news networks, they have no incentive to report this story because they do not want this movement to gain momentum and grow. The dark are clutching to their last strings but our time has come to restore freedom, peace, equality and prosperity for all. For we are the other 99% and we are ONE. Together, we will rise and to shine and sweep away the remaining threads that have bound us.

Please click here to watch a video about – Occupy Wall Street. It is so amazing what is going on here.

Please consider joining the movement in whatever capacity you can. If you cannot be there in person perhaps you could join us in spirit at 11:11 AM (NY time) October 1, 2011 and share a moment of solidarity with us, for in the sea of life we are all ONE.

A Global Solidarity Song at 11:11 am (NY time) 10/01/11

At 11:11 am for ONE minute let us all stop whatever we are doing, wherever we are, and use our voice and intentions to infused our world with love. The song is - “We are the World, We are the Children” by Michael Jackson.

You can Sing, Dance, Meditate or simply listen to the song. Whatever feels most comfortable to you. Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and let go of your inhibitions, for when you let go, you help others feel safe to let go as well.

During this time, try to imagine a legion of Angels sweeping the world with wands of sweet sage clearing any negativity and old programming away, cutting the remaining cords of darkness (if you have sage, consider smudging for us). Imagine your voice and breath reaching out to all the other voices to create ONE huge voice. Breathe your intention into Mother Earth, for she is, after all, one gigantic crystal ready to be re-programmed. Feel the vibrations from your voice radiating out into the world. Watch and feel your voice transform anything that is not in harmony and then see our world transformed. All the fear, greed, control, manipulation, and deceit have melted away to reveal the most beautiful pristine gem. A world of freedom, peace, equality and abundance for all. For every single person on this planet.

Use whatever spiritual tools or instruments that you feel drawn to use. (Crystals, dancing, drums, singing bowls, flutes, guitar, your healing hands, etc…) Create circles or groups in your own communities and celebrate together. We have created a group on Facebook so you can share this event with others.

If you are not in the right place tomorrow where you feel safe to start singing out loud, download the song and scream it in your head :) The main point is to get into the feeling and connect with others energetically for a moment in time and set a peaceful loving intention.

We are the World We are the Children

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzDCBgJLhYw

Or print they lyrics -

We are the world we are the children -

There comes a time
When we head a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
And it's time to lend a hand to life
The greatest gift of all

We can't go on
Pretending day by day
That someone, somewhere will soon make a change
We are all a part of
God's great big family
And the truth, you know love is all we need

[Chorus] We are the world
We are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So let's start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
It's true we'll make a better day
Just you and me

Send them your heart
So they'll know that someone cares
And their lives will be stronger and free
As God has shown us by turning stone to bread
So we all must lend a helping hand

[Chorus]
We are the world
We are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So let's start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
It's true we'll make a better day
Just you and me
When you're down and out
There seems no hope at all
But if you just believe
There's no way we can fall
Well, well, well, well, let us realize
That a change will only come
When we stand together as one

[Chorus]
We are the world
We are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So let's start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
It's true we'll make a better day
Just you and me

Namaste,
Jewels

Now Occupy London Stock Exchange!

It’s catching on! Buckle up cause here we go! Thanks to Roth.

Protesters plan to occupy London Stock Exchange

A group of protesters are organising an occupation of the London Stock Exchange to bring attention to what they see as unethical behaviour on the part of banks, following a similar demonstration on Wall Street.

In a Facebook group called Occupy the London Stock Exchange organisers call on crowds to march on the exchange’s headquarters at Paternoster Square and fortify it with tents and barricades “for a few months”.

“Beginning on October 15, we want to see at least over 20,000 people flood in, set up tents, kitchens, peaceful barricades and occupy the London Stock Exchange for a few months. Once there, we shall incessantly repeat one simple demand in a plurality of voices,” reads the description of the protest on Facebook.

According to the group the protest will begin on Saturday October 15 and run until 11am on December 12.

The event currently has 225 confirmed attendees, with a further 121 tentative yes’s, despite the site failing to list any aims or objectives for the event, or exactly what is being protested.

The event takes its cue from a similar protest on Wall Street in New York, first proposed by Adbusters magazine, which began on September 17 with around 1,000 protesters. That protest is still going on, with more than 80 arrests taking place on September 24 alone.

One of the organisers of the protest, James Alexander Fancourt, said the protests were focused against “increasing social and economic injustice in this country”.

“Since the financial crisis the Government has made sure to maintain the status quo and let the people who caused this crisis get off scot-free, whilst conversely ensuring that the people of this country pay the price, in particular those most vulnerable,” he said.

“What we have in common is that we are the other 99pc, that we want People over Profit, that we are making our voices heard against greed and corruption and for a democratic and just society. And we are doing that in a non-violent and peaceful way.”

Because Paternoster Square is private property the group are considering other nearby areas where they can stage a long-term presence, but denied that they were trying to stop the exchange from operating “as this would cause more harm than good”.

“Rather than make the situation worse we wish to highlight the injustices and bring important issues to light.”

Transport Workers Vote Unanimously To Support Protest

The end of day 13 of the march on Wall Street.

This movement that began with a few brave souls two weeks ago seems to be the spark that has ignited an international “Arab Spring”.

Momentum is spreading like wildfire as the disappointed, disillusioned and disenfranchised find the strength in themselves and in one another to push back against the corrupt system that continues to threaten the well-being of us all.

The New York City Transport Union, one of the state’s largest, has joined the protesters in lower Manhattan as other NYC unions gear up to come on board.

This article from The Daily Kos is the live twitter feed of Newyorkist, who has been posting minute by minute updates as they occur on Wall Street.  Below is the direct link to the actual Twitter feed.

A short clip with members of the New York Transport Workers Union voicing their support of #Occupy Wall Street can be found at the end of the post.  And below that hip hop magnate Russell Simmons joins protest.

A bit about TWU, from their website:

The TWU has four main divisions: Railroad; Gaming; Airline; Transit; and Utility, University and Service. The Union has 114 autonomous locals representing over 200,000 members and retirees in 22 states around the country. James C. Little is the current President of the TWU and has been serving in this position for the last three years. Joseph C. Hip hop magnate Russell Simmons said Thursday on MSNBC that he planned on joining the ongoing “Occupy Wall Street” in lower Manhattan.

Simmons, who has an estimated net-worth of $340 million, noted that all his employees paid more taxes than he did.

“Last time I got involved in a protest I brought a hundred thousand people there, for the Rockefeller Drug Laws,” he said. “And if I get involved really heavily in this one, we find the agenda and have a common ground… we can bring hundreds of thousands of people… small seeds are planted, but it could grow into something very big.”

UPDATED Sept. 28, 3:07 pm – NYPD Officer Anthony Bologna’s Second Pepper Spray Assault with Slo-Mo. Internal Affairs are looking into Bologna’s assault.

September 27, 2011 – TAMPA, FL – In a bizarre twist of fate, a growing movement of New York City Police Department officers are banding together with the Occupy Wall Street movement, while the main stream media continues to relatively ignore this escalating event.

The Occupy Wall Street movement issued the following statement on their website:

“Today we received unconfirmed reports that over one hundred blue collar police refused to come into work in solidarity with our movement. These numbers will grow. We are the 99 percent. You will not silence us.”

The news was released shortly after the identity of Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna was revealed after he allegedly pepper sprayed a deaf woman.

A second video of Officer Bologna has surfaced with yet another pepper spray assault on peaceful protesters. Notice how Officer Bologna weasles himself into the crowd, then scurries away in the hope that he would not be noticed by anyone:

Over 100 NYPD Officers Refuse to Work in Support of Occupy Wall Street Movement | in5d Alternative News | in5d.com |

On Wednesday, Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly stated that the Internal Affairs Bureau will look into the decision of a high-ranking officer to use pepper spray on a number of female protesters this past Saturday at the Occupy Wall Street demonstration.

Over 100 NYPD Officers Refuse to Go To Work in Support of Occupy Wall Street Movement The Occupy Wall Street movement is growing and has expanded to cover other cities, such as Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL, with numerous protests scheduled for other cities, such as Sarasota, FL, Washington DC, Lexington, Kentucky and San Francisco, California.

Occupy Washington, D.C. begins on October 6, 2011.

The movement has moved into a global position with the new Occupy Together website, which organizes occupation protests from around the world.

It is with hope and intent that the officers who are using excessive force on peaceful protestors realize that the only ones they are hurting is themselves through the destruction of the Constitution and the right for free speech. As the Occupy Wall Street movement grows, it is hopeful that officers from other cities will join in on the side of humanity and peace.

Celebrities have joined forces with the Occupy Wall Street movement, including Noam Chomsky, rap artist Immortal Technique, Michael Moore and actress Susan Sarandon.

In a related story, MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell is siding with the peaceful protesters who have been abused by the New York City Police Department, stating, “This weekend, a few troublemakers turned a peaceful protest against Wall Street greed into a violent burst of chaos. The troublemakers carried pepper spray and guns and were wearing badges… for not doing anything.”
