Healing The Symptom of Arthritis

I've been dealing with arthritis in varying degrees of pain for about ten years.  Sometimes knne pain was so severe I needed crutches to get to VA center. During my last annual visit I was presented with two options. Plastic or stainless knee joints. I opted out of that porgram and found the proverbial third way: Diet and understanding.

Arthritis is not a disease, rather it is symptom of inflamation. The VA did provide me with Fusion braces which stopped the joints from grinding down the cartilidge. I stopped all inflammatory foods; dairy, all grains, all processed foods and began using tumeric as a deflaming agent. The Tumeric recipe is as follows: 1/4 cup olive oil, 2tbs honey, stir in tumeric till it becomes paste. I used a teaspoon with with every meal. Within a month my melon like knees were back to normal and I was walking briskly without pain.

While raw butter is the only dairy product that is non-inflamatory I still find kefir beneficial so I make my own from raw milk.

I've shared this experience with several people and they've had the same results.

       I also know people who have releived their symptoms by changing their diet....I also know people who have had amazing results with a zapper. More than once, I have lent my zapper to friends, and they had first day results on their hands. They then bought one, and in a few weeks, the lumps of deposits in their hands slowly disappeared. For the knees,,they zapped with the plates under the feet. It seems to stimulate the body to secrete the fluid necessary to protect the joints.  Much of the damage we experience in the joints has to do with the lack of this lubricator when we exercise. It is like a mackine part running without oil, the metal slowly grinding down until there is enough "play" in the joint. Then, it gets worse fast. Exercising without being "lubed" causes a lot of wear. Taiji keeps the joints well lubed, as it's balanced movements stimulate the natural secretion of this fluid.....

     I also experienced changes in my health by quitting grains, but I have been lucky enough to be arthritis free, so I couldn't apply the results there. I gave them up after reading the old "eat right for your blood type " books, as I am a type O. Quitting wheat made a big difference for me,it supposedly shuts down the thyroid gland. 

   I think it's great that you have seen such good results, it is so empowering to make that connection with your "vehicle", isn't it?

Thanks tscout. I have not seen the latest on wheat but I've been told that all US wheat is poison. It's been crossed so many times that it is no longer edible.

Another benefit I experienced with tumeric is reduction of swelling of the prostrate. Thankfully the psa never went up. On a humorous note some years back these older guys were talking about the size of their prostrates that they had removed. I couldn't keep myself from asking, "Is this what happens when we get to be seniors? We go from penis envy to prostrate envy?

I had burstis once that was so bad I couldn't lift my arm more than a few inches.  A friend told me to drink chamomile tea.  I drank cups of it all day, and by nightfall, I could raise my arm to my shoulders.

Most of the American diet is acidic, so we're creating the perfect enviroment for Cancer cells to grow.  Lots of health benefits from eating more alkaline.
