Dear Team,
The above interview delighted me in the lovingly relentless way callers kept bringing up confronting issues surrounding 9/11. I felt like suddenly the world has shifted, and what needs to be brought up will be! I recommend a listen. The calls start half way through the one-hour radio show. One caller plugged The Power of Nightmares.
Love,
Winthrop
They did keep right on asking. I am amazed though that someone who actually did the research to write a book on the commission could believe the events were nothing more than incompetence. Sometimes I think that people who know that there is 'there' there, are just waiting for more people to wake up and see the evidence for what it is.
And you're right it is happening faster and faster. I first started questioning the events in 2006 and since I've seen more and more people who are asking good questions.
I was disappointed by the interview and the callers. The overall tone of the author is that conspiracy theories are like ants at a picnic, you really can't do much about them. At one point he called them "scurrilous." Not one caller asked about the ten-second freefall that every single one of us has seen, and how that could possibly occur without a controlled demolition. No one asked about the photographic evidence of controlled demolition, and how the squibs - the thermite cutting charges - can be actually seen going off in the collapse, exactly as in a controlled demolition.
No one asked about Bush's idiotic behavior immediately following the attack (the only thing missing was the drool), or about Cheney's location. No one asked about how a huge airliner simply disappeared after hitting the Pentagon, or why the security tapes that would show the impact are still missing.
No one challenged the author's assertion that the NORAD stand-down was simple incompetence. No one mentioned the Bush family connections with the bin Ladens. No one mentioned that 13 of the hijackers are actually alive and well, or how the passport of one of them miraculously appeared intact at the crash site.
The evidence, even if much of it is circumstantial (and much of it is NOT), is overwhelming. Whatever really happened that day, it was not even close to what our government says happened. I wanted to hear someone ask: how can we, and why should we, believe ANYTHING that comes out of Washington?
I was glad to hear The Power Of Nightmares plugged. And I'm glad we're talking about this. Thanks for bringing it up!

Yo Winthrop,
You mean those towers didn't explode like that from fire, gravity and mass alone? HaHa. I will give that a listen and get back to ya. Also, I have the Power of Nightmares. It is one of my favorites because it is so darn neutral and documentary-like with some great info on the hero of Osama Bin Laden (Sayyid Qutb), not that Bin Laden had anything to do with 9-11. Have you looked at any info concerning the latest rift in the 9-11 Truth movement like Dr. Judy Wood's website? I am pretty much on board with the theory that some form of fairly new directed energy weapon was used in conjunction with standard demolition charges and thermate. Sounds far fetched until you go visit the Directed Energy Professional Society website http://www.deps.org/DEPSpages/DEjournal.html and see who the main players are from the military industrial corporate complex. There is also a distinct possibility (according to Major Doug Rokke) that some type of 4th generation low radiation mini-nukes were used. The other possibility that may figure in is depleted uranium powder, a very high temperature (3000C to 6000C) pyrophoric that burns hot enough to vaporise steel. This would go a long way to explaining how odd it was that the pile of rubble at the base of the 110 storey towers was smaller than building seven's 47 storey demo pile. One thing is for sure - if people ever begin to understand just how much raw energy is required to bring those towers down completely, turn them and much of the steel structure to dust, and cause a pyroclastic flow, we just might finally be willing to compel our (new) American government to turn some stones over and see what's under them. I know Cheney will be there, the snake. If you have a copy of "9-11 Mysteries" go to the 25 minute mark and take a good close look at the steel spire remainder of one of the tower's steel core structure standing for a moment after global collapse and then just turning to dust right before your eyes. Steel does not do that without alot of help we are not yet publicly privy to. After building seven (a very asymmetrical steel structure) falling straight down, it (the steel spire at minute 25) is my favorite clip to get people thinking. The question now is: What are they going to do for an encore?

Sure, I wish they'd gotten around to a lot more calls of that quality, but on the other hand I used to hear Forum shows where at most one tough question was asked, so this was a improvement. Also, listening through the whole hour helped me realize how short a half hour really is for questions. And, yeah, I was disappointed in the author too. I wonder if there's a blog accompanying KQED's Forum as there is for NPR's Talk Of The Nation. I did write them some feedback to [email protected] and invite you all to do likewise.
Hey Dave,
Ditto, Ditto, Ditto on your comments. Have covered everything you mentioned and, like you, cannot believe that people are letting this one go with so much pertinent and damning evidence to be seriously considered. We are definitely in Huxley's brave new world. Have you seen "Who Killed Paul O'neill?" yet? It is a dramatic presentation of so many of the historical facts we have learned about since studying 9-11 and all history surrounding that opportunistic shock-and-awe-American-style event. Definitely a movie for those already very familiar with recent history, from the Russian invasion of Afghanistan to that fateful day that America, in some ways, died (I still believe Continuity of Government [COG] was activated by Cheney in the WH bunker that morning during one of those phone calls in the tunnel). At the very least, we know for sure that National Security Presidential Directive 51 was signed into law - that's scary enough when you read what it says. Thomas Jefferson once said we should be having a revolution challenging our government about every 20 years or so. 9-11 is obviously what happens when we decide to let it go too long. Like a garden overrun by weeds...
With Eyes Wide Open,
Chris
