The Fed Grants $7.77 Trillion in Secret Bank Loan - Now Do You Understand Occupy Wall Street?

Nighttime in America

Wednesday, 16 November 2011

Dear Friends,

At 1:00 AM Tuesday night, after two months of peaceful protest against the people and institutions that wrecked our economy, police officers under direct orders from the Mayor of New York City raided Occupy Wall Street and evicted protesters from Zuccotti Park.

The First Amendment of the Constitution guarantees all of us - including these protesters - the right to peacefully assemble and express our views. But over the past week, similar nighttime raids executed by mayors in Oakland, Portland and Atlanta have cast a dangerous shadow over our liberties.

Today, I am asking you to join me in standing with Occupy protests everywhere and demanding that the Mayors of America respect the First Amendment and the rights of our citizens to assemble and express themselves. Click here to sign the petition and demand that the mayors of America respect the Constitution and the rights of Occupy Wall Street to exist.

Right now, corporations are spending unlimited amounts of money to influence our election system under the guise of free speech. Yet when people like you and me gather in parks across America to protest this broken system, we are deemed a threat by local mayors.

Stand with me, Occupy Wall Street and all Americans who wish to defend our disappearing liberties in demanding that America's mayors respect the Constitution and rights guaranteed to all Americans in the First Amendment. Sign the petition today.

With respect,
Dennis

P.S. We need to get the word out. Please forward this email to your friends and family, and share it on Facebook and Twitter. We need to stand strong for the Constitution today.

NEED Act

http://blog.cleveland.com/letters/2011/09/support_the_need_act.html

Since corporations aren't creating enough jobs to address our chronic unemployment crisis, the public sector must fill the void. A major impediment to funding any federal jobs program, however, is that the cost would add to the ever-rising federal debt.

A congressional bill, the National Emergency Employment Defense Act, or NEED Act, was just introduced that would spend U.S.-created money into circulation to exclusively fund the repair of our crumbling infrastructure and education systems. Seven million U.S. jobs would be created.

Why borrow money from banks (which create money as debt) that need to be repaid with interest when we the people can create money interest-free, as stipulated in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution?

The NEED Act, introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich, wouldn't be inflationary, since the amount of created U.S. money would match the amount of created physical wealth.

The NEED Act would also end the banks' practice of creating money as debt via loans (to both individuals and the government) and lending money many times in excess of their reserves.

Thank Rep. Kucinich for his sponsorship of this urgent bill and encourage every other area U.S. representative and Ohio Sens. Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman to support it.

Noa's picture

I wish Occupy Wall Street understood the NEED Act.  If they fully understood its importance, they would be marching on Congress to demand its passage.  They'd be protesting outside of the Federal Reserve building everyday, instead of dividing their efforts between so many causes.

If the Occupy Movement concentrated on The Federal Reserve System, there would be little need to march on Wall Street, because the Fed is the head of the snake.  Without the Fed and fractional reserve lending to feed the financial ponzi scheme, the Wall Street Banksters would be out of business.  Very few of the protesters realize this.  Many still don't know that the Fed is a private corporation.  They don't realize that 100% of our income taxes goes directly to the Federal Reserve to pay the INTEREST on the debt the government owes them.  (Money for everything else is borrowed into existence.)

If OWS rallied behind the NEED Act http://www.monetary.org/ OR the Monetary Reform Act http://www.themoneymasters.com/monetary-reform-act/ until it was passed, they could all go home to a much better life.  We'd have interest-free money and a prosperous economy that benefits everyone, not just the 1%.

The Occupy Movement is leaderless and decentralized.  This is their strength.  I bless you with Love.
