Meet Your Strawman

This is a short explanation of the corporation created from your birth certificate to represent you in commerce.... Control the paperwork associated with your strawman - and you will have control over the living man as well.

I found a website with more links on the subject:  http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message264096/pg1

I used to have a pdf and audio tapes with step-by-step instructions on how to kill your strawman. I'm not sure if it was by Winston Shrout or someone else.  I notice he charges a bundle on his website for the information, but I downloaded all the info for free from some place online.  Sorry, I don't remember the site and I no longer have the info, 'cause it was on my old computer.

The instructions were rather complicated and called for filling out over a dozen different forms.  I don't know if all that is necessary.  Some websites claim you only need the UCC-1 to ditch your strawman.

You are a little confused on that Noa - you cannot "ditch" your strawman. All you can ever do - and what all the paperwork is about - is getting control over him. Patriot mythology subscribes to the tenet that you can kill the beast, but that is really just a red herring to keep you occupied. Since we did not create the corporate fiction known as the strawman - we cannot extinguish him - only the creator could do that - and they aren't going to.

There is a possibility of doing it - but it isn't what you might think. The real way to get rid of him is to get the government to cash out the value of the birth certificate and send you that money! Short of that - he will still exist. So far - I have not heard of anyone who has been able to get the Treasury to send them the cash. I actually tried this - by filiing out some forms and sending in my SS card as a bond - asking that they cash it out. They were very nice in thier rejection letter, LOL! Hey - it was worth a try.

You actually would NEVER want to kill the strawman without getting the cash from it - as otherwise you would be alone and unsupported in your inability to commence any commerciual transactions. A better idea is to leave him alone - but get full control over the money he represents. Many are working on this angle as well - and with some success. The ultimate idea of this is a connection to the SS "bond" through the Depository Trust Company, who would then issue you unlimnited funds via a debit card linked to your treasury account (the account number and Federal Reserve branch in which the account is located is the red number on the back of the SS card - seriously).

We are getting very close to cracking this code - and I find it very interesting that just as we are almost there - the financial system seems ready to collapse. So maybe it is all a moot point in the end. Interesting stuff in any case!

You're right, it is confusing, when so many websites are offering instructions on how to "kill your strawman".  Although this website uses that same phrase, it also explains some of the intricacies in simple terms.  http://trentslist.org/trents-blog/69-announcements/383-how-to-kill-your-strawman-and-be-truly-free-part-2  What do you think?

I would put that at a pretty good overview - but of course there is more than what is being talked about here. Interesting to me is that "Joe" is really not clear on his position as "Secured Party Creditor" in that he doesn't seem to be using that position in his dealings. Instead he comes in as a "patriot" using lack of jurisdiction and such as a defense. A Secured Party Creditor takes responsibility for the debts of the strawman - and just pays them. So in that case - why not carry a license for the strawman? That way there is no harrassment - and if a ticket is issued - just accept if for value and send it to the IRS for payment - done deal. If Joe understands this - why is he not using his authority as SPC to pay for the "crimes" of his strawman?

His court tactics are the same old patriot tactrics that have been used for years. A SPC would simply conditionally accept everything the judge says pending proof of claim. Notice also here that Joe has NOT killed the strawman - he is just avoiding it. By not using it - he hopes to be left alone. But trust me - with Joes name and birth date - the SS # pops up, along with the strawman trust, which is fully "alive" and in place.

So in Joe's case - I would say he is riding the line between a patriot and a truly knowledgeable SPC. One can play the game from either side - and they can both work. The point of being a SPC though is to not play the patriot game - and instead step up to the plate as the authorized representative of the strawman trust - and solve the problem for everyone involved (which inevitably requires some kind of payment - which is then done as a set off using A4V).
