The Pineal Gland--- And the body

it's possible to reverse the damage caused by fluoride calcification. The answer is YES! You can decalcify the pineal gland, and restart your natural production house of seratonin, melatonin, and DMT.

Simple steps to decalcify:

1. Stop consuming fluoride in all it's forms. (Reverse osmosis water filtration, fluoride free toothpaste, mouthwash and gum.)

2. Eat a healthy, vegetarian diet, consisting mainly of fresh, organic, non GMO fruits and vegetables! (This step was left out of the video- but very important! The bodies ability to heal and reverse the damage of fluoride poisoning is greatly accelerated when we consume foods that cleanse, rather than foods that build up.)

3. Meet your daily requirements of essential fatty acids through raw foods! (Coconut, avocado, sesame seeds, nuts, superfoods like acai and goji berries, etc.)

4. MEDITATE! The guided meditation shared here is ideal for the decalcification process, as it focuses on third eye awareness, and the reversal of verbalized thought process. Do it as often as possible, and look forward to vivid dreams, deep meditations, spiritual joy, and a natural ease of life.

When the pineal gland is working properly, life is bliss!

Thanks for that reminder. I checked the town water at work today and it fluoridated! I had a funny feeling about it all along. They have a filter here but I've never seen anyone do any maintenance on it - I doubt if it does a thing. Brought my good well water from home today, that feels better.

I switched back to at least eating closer to vegan lately too. I was a vegetarian for years but the last 2-3 years we all went back to eating meat. Then this January I found out I had high blood pressure - I think it's the meat because a couple of weeks of eating mostly vegan has brought it down, even after months of intense exercise did nothing.

a while back where I learned that while filters are a good idea in areas that don't have access to good clean spring or well water they also take out all the natural minerals and vitamins that our bodies need so badly, leaving the water essentially lifeless.  Here's a site where you may be able to get back to the real thing:  http://www.findaspring.com/

I remember a guy mentioning this site in a video a couple of years ago. Personally, I ozonate my water, as it helps restructure it also. My well water in taos tested just about perfect, just a little hard, but it still became a whole different animal when I ozonated it....As for the filters,,,they are great for your shower water, as you absorb just as much water there as you drink every day...Most people just don't get enough of it,,and, even if they do,,they can't assimilate it...

conversation about water a couple years ago on this site where you all discussed this topic at length.  Do you have any suggestions for an affordable ozonator?  At the moment I'm driving to Calistoga once a month to fill up my water bottles at a 'local' spring.  Turns out some guy, "Livermore" I think his name is, owns 26 springs and has them all fenced off as private property, it's the same place that most of the water companies get their water from in Calistoga.  But as part of the deal he was obligated to grandfather in a single well for public use at no charge.  So he has 26 natural springs on "his property" and the rest of us get one.  I'm grateful that at least we have one because this water tested off the charts for purity and minerals and you can just taste that this is the way water's supposed to taste, it comes out of the ground cold and perfect.  I wouldn't mind looking into an ozonator as well though for the water coming out of my pipes . . .

or cheaper side...this site offers diy filters and info for anyone interested in a Berkey type system for much less money.  I'm not in favor of the 5 gallon bucket because plastics leaching chemicals are of concern to me-but these cost much less than the $350 or so that the same concept Berkey does.

I also am interested in ozonators at a reasonable price should anyone come across them, since I'm not working for pay anymore, the reasonable is a necessity!   Blessings All.  kristyne

I think you might be surprised what an ozonator does to that good spring water....I was in touch with the owners of Angel fire water a few years ago. This was the best water they could find inthe country on a 10 year search..but , as minerally perfect as it was,,it still needed to be restructured for the body to be able to assimilate it well....We had this guy, who has several patents now on imprinting water with frequencies,,,come do a lecture in Taos,,,and he explained that, even the best water they can find,(except for maybe that spot in Venezuela, and a few others), is still recycled water. It has been cleansed by the ground it seeps through, so obviously, some is better than others. but after it condenses into clouds,,,then falls as rain,,the natural cleansing process,,it is polluted as it falls as rain in most places,,so enters the ground in a mutated form..He says the molecules are too big to be assimilated by the cells. They have to be .05 microns to be assimilated. One of his patents is a process, using frequencies , to  "restructure", or reduce the size of the molecules. He also assured me that my ozonator was restructuring the water,,,the bubbling process looks like a pool at the bottom of a waterfall,,another natural, restructuring process. My ozonator is by sota corporation, and is about 325 dollars. It removes everything but metals...Lokk around online,, you will see that many countries still use ozonation to process their municipal water supplies. Here it is all about lifetime chemical contracts,,,huge money, so the process is outlawed. Here's the link.....
http://www.sota.com/      I bought mine for the extra oxygen it is putting in the water,,but it has been great. I ozonate all the water I drink. this unit is built using tesla technology, a coil I think. Tesla had the patents on the old machines that were used by most hospitals until 1933,,when they were confiscated by the AMA. you might find some others on the market,,but that was the best consumer grade model i could find a few years ago when I seeked them out. You will find BOB Beck's name linked to them also, as it was part of his 4 part protocol for health. Personally,,If I had a home of my own right now, I would be seeking out a good shower filter,,,that's half the water you take into your body every day..
