I derived great benefit from watching Teal help people work through their blocks and issues, so I'm passing it along.

"Dedicated to the greatest good of all who share our beautiful world"
I like Teal-she has helped me settle a battle or two inside me before. I liked the music at the start so I held my android close to the PC speaker and it ID'd it as
"M83 - Lower Your Eyelids To Die With The Sun" on YouTube
Cool. M83 does these epic kinds of musical pieces that stir my heart. It's the kind of music I would create if I had the courage. Sometimes when I'm in a really high mood I create these kinds of things in my head, hum it really loud and laugh. Thanks divinity. The most beautiful music I ever heard came to me when I was 14 and I was wearing a pair of those mirrored sunglasses for the first time-remember them? I was walking in the woods which always made me feel good when I emerged onto the street. Suddenly and for the first time in my life, I could look in the direction of the sun without any difficulty and I could see these magnificent clouds blowing across the sky briefly back lit by the sun with rays shining down on me from around the edges. I was already in a rare great mood and this was mind blowing and inspiring and in those days I used to dream of being a world famous musician. In my head I'd compose what people now call progressive rock (with full orchestra) pieces that would give people goose bumps and grab their whole body and mind for a little while (well-it did mine ha ha). And I started playing this music in my head with soaring guitars, booming bass, rock drums and strings, horns, woodwinds shaking the heavens and Earth with emotion and passion never heard before. It was so beautiful I had tears running down my face and this big grin on my face and I had to get a hold of myself because I was walking down my suburban street and the neighbors would think I was loony-which of course I am. I remember distinctly thinking that maybe this was going to be the most beautiful music I would ever hear. Nope-didn't even watch the Teal video yet...but i think i will. Thanks, Noa. Sorry for the self absorption. Just never told anyone that. Yup, self-absorbed.
and probably a little manic
Love her suggestion to treat my moments of reactivity as a meditation bell. A call to become very present. Cool. She's gotten more advanced in her understanding
