Healing MS With Diet

Some years ago, I witnessed a demonstration by a chiropractor who performed kinesiology (muscle testing) upon several audience members.  One of them had MS.  

The chiropractor had her hold a tub of margerine and, sure enough, she tested weak.  He explained that transfats destroy the mylan sheath in the brain, which causes the MS symptoms.  He's the only one I ever heard tell of such a thing.  It would be interesting to learn whatever became of the woman he tested.
