If someone could make a blueprint for how the people of the world could live in peace and harmony with one another -- within the natural ecosystem, this organization might just have done it. ~ Noa
Introducing Earth Council 2012
An evolution of the UN into the EC (Earth Council) based on the Sovereignty of the Individual and Community Democracy.
The Chinese ideogram for “crisis” contains explicitly the roots “danger” and “opportunity”.
We stand at a critical moment in earth’s history, a time when humanity chooses its future. As the world becomes increasingly interdependent and fragile, the future at once holds great peril and great promise.
The following public “Warning to humanity” was unanimously agreed by 1,600 scientists which included the majority of living Nobel Prize winners in the sciences: “A great change in the stewardship of the Earth and the life on it is required if vast human misery is to be avoided and our global home on this planet is not to be irretrievably mutilated… If not checked, many of our current practices may so put at serious risk the future that we wish for human society and the plant and animal kingdoms, and may so alter the living world, that it will be unable to sustain life in the manner that we know. Fundamental changes are urgent if we are to avoid the collision our present course will bring about.”
To move forward we will recognize that in the midst of a magnificent diversity of cultures and life forms we are one human family and one Earth community with a common destiny
Following is a framework for planetary governance based on the Sovereignty of the Individual. This framework keeps power in communities while at the same time having an Earth Council where all areas of the Earth have representation. Based on Indigenous wisdom and the original intent of the UN. This intent being united Nations working together to ensure equitable and peaceful resolutions to global issues.
In the framework for Earth Council the pyramid governance structure is inversed so power is kept in communities [refer Earth Council triangle].
At the same time the UN is evolved into the EC [Earth Council]. All nations of an area get representation on the 24 seat Council [refer map of bioregions].
WEI-CHI (Crisis)
“Danger” with “Opportunity”
The attainment of peace between the peoples of earth is no longer just a good idea but fundamental to the long-term survival of our species.
A planet-wide ceasefire and the creation of a weapons inspection team [from all nations to inspect all nations] is of paramount importance to the peace process. And this process implies the creation of planet-wide ecological standards.
We need to create Earth Council to save our home, for the children yet unborn, and for countless other life forms whom we share this planet with, and whom we need very deeply for human survival and prosperity.
The framework for Earth Council is based on Indigenous wisdom and the original intent of the UN. This intent was for all Nations to work together to ensure equitable and peaceful resolutions to global issues.
Sustainable abundance for all people is at the heart of Earth Council’s objective. Sustainable abundance is defined as the characteristic of a society that satisfies its needs without diminishing the prospects of future generations, while simultaneously providing freedom of choice and creativity to all.
We can move together to bring forth a sustainable global society founded on respect for nature, universal rights, economic justice, and a culture of peace.
Those of us around the world who are concerned – the likely number being in the millions, not just tens or hundreds of thousands – must link together to create a united voice and a united intention to create something better.
Ecologically sustainable societies are steady state, zero-growth systems using renewable energy, practicing recycling and with a high degree of local self-sufficiency, and community values would be encouraged to flourish in place of the religions of consumerism and materialism.
Sovereignty Consciousness
The human species is now at one of its most important moments in history. In times past as high as over 99% of the people submitted to the thinking of others, in one particular way or another. Kings, queens, politicians, priests, priestesses, professors and other chiefs obliged this submission with the required domination. Now, the 99% is dropping precipitously, as more and more people are waking up to sovereignty consciousness.
Sovereignty consciousness is the essential constituent of all experience of freedom.
The Free Earth is that rapidly growing segment of the present day population who are getting wise to the fact that we have always been sovereign. No one dominates us; nor do we dominate others. It is not a matter of creating sovereignty; it is a matter of simply waking up and realising we already are.
True sovereignty doesn\'t rule; it serves. It earns its respect by providing valuable goods and/or services. You can easily tell who is a true sovereign. Are they respecting the freedom of others, and are they producing something of value to everyone, even if nothing more than harmony?
The false sovereigns are those who put on a disguise of authority and ruler-ship, who practise coercion, force, theft, and exploitation, and who thus produce damage, not benefits. False sovereigns are takers, not givers.
True sovereigns are emperors. They need nothing from others which is not offered. In turn, they have much to give, much to offer. They respect the freedom and property of others. They see these as intrinsic rights of all humans. While they may not agree with everyone\'s ideas, they respect the freedom others have to those ideas. They regard the attempt to exercise mind control over others as ridiculous, absurd, retarded, and wasteful.
One of the most strange concepts, and one of the most important, to people first becoming aware of this, is realising that those who dominate are simply an innocent expression of the collective submission consciousness. Master and slave are co-dependent; one cannot exist without the others. Therefore, the slave voluntarily grants the master his/her position. The big surprise is that when all slaves are liberated, only then are so-called masters liberated as well. They are two sides of the same coin.
Waking up to sovereignty consciousness means one realises that one is intrinsically free by nature, and that by neither trying to control others, nor allowing oneself to be controlled by others, one will actually enjoy a far superior life, both subjectively and objectively. Likewise, the contributions of goods and services from someone with sovereignty consciousness will bring benefits for society far beyond what subjects and slaves and those who dominate them can produce, in both quantity and quality.
Today, about 10% of the population are both living and understanding sovereignty consciousness, and more than 50% are somewhere on the curve of learning it. A critical mass is coming closer and closer, when all of a sudden it will spread to 100%... all on the learning curve. This could come within the next few years, worldwide.
Therefore, those who are already becoming aware of it are ahead of the rest of the population. Being ahead means realising, among other things, that one is not a “leader”. Only non-sovereigns believe in leaders, because leaders and followers are like masters and slaves. The idea of leaders and followers is a primitive notion from the old ignorance.
Those who wake up to sovereignty ahead of the rest of the population don\'t become leaders; they become “way-showers”. They show the way. Its your free choice whether to follow it or not.
A “leader” is one who thinks you\'re “right” if you follow his way, and “wrong” if you don\'t. He expects you to be a follower, and he/she may even try to force you to follow. The more followers he/she has, the better they think they feel. They are basically suffering from a deep inferiority complex, and so their so-called “leading” is just an effort to cover up inferiority.
A way-shower, by contrast, is someone who expects you to think for yourself and make your own decisions. They may share information with you, and show you the consequences they have observed of taking various courses, but they recognise that everyone is unique, and whatever you decide must be right for you. They do not try to push their opinions on you, because they clearly see the absurdity and futility of such an effort.
A society of people awakening to sovereignty consciousness is a civilisation of way-showers, who voluntarily share the benefits of their experiences with each other, and who have outgrown the retarded and backward practises of trying to overwhelm the wills, the opinions, the rights, the possessions, the actions, or the freedom of others.
A genuine sovereign is a way-shower, someone who has matured in the actual strength that only comes from true sovereignty consciousness. Imposters in disguise have been referred to as being “in power”, but that is not power, it is weakness. It is not power but force. When true power is absent weakness is present. They don\'t know what real strength is, so force is substituted. This, people erroneously call “power”.
True power is intrinsic to every human being. You possess it right now. All members of the human species already have true power, but most have been ignorant of it. This power is one\'s basic freedom of thought. You can think anything you want. No one can force you to think something you don\'t wish to think.
As awareness of intrinsic freedom grows, one\'s thoughts become more and more independent, free, intelligent, and wise. As a result, one\'s actions become exponentially greater, and one\'s fulfilment expands according.
This same fulfilment will more and more come to characterise the mainstream, the masses, as sovereignty consciousness spreads. This will be reflected in the spontaneous solutions to all the world\'s social problems.
While evolution goes on infinitely, and there is no final “end” utopia, the collective level of maturity that humankind will experience when sovereignty consciousness is more common, will certainly seem like a utopia in comparison with the way the world has been up \'til now.
The Free Earth already exists; it\'s just not well-known yet. As people awaken from their ignorance, they will realise it has always been here. That realisation a widespread scale, is the end of the dark ages. It is the dawn of the Age of Enlightenment.

Lots of great ideas for positive change on this website. Please check it out: http://ec2012.org/index.php
Great synopsis of the differences in power perspectives concerning the sovereign and master/slave mentalities. Nice find Noa, thanks.
Earth Council Triangle
Creating equitable planetary governance
and keeping power in communities
Governance: Most power structures use the pyramid, with one person or
group at the top and the rest of the people are relegated to lower and lower
tiers. However, this framework uses the downward pointing triangle
[Inverse pyramid].
{Note: The image didn't transfer here. Imagine that #1 (Sovereigns/people) are at the top of the pyramid, which comprises the larges part. It's the mirror opposite of the Illuminati power pyramid... so that #6 (The Earth Council) is actually the smallest part of the pyramid, hence the common people have the most control over their own lives.}
Instead of having one person, or group at the top, everyone is Sovereign.
Power is kept decentralized allowing different groups of Sovereigns to live
under their own laws. Therefore, most power is kept within communities
themselves. It adheres to the Universal Law; live and let live.
