What a wonder-filled video.The sights, sounds and words fill me with gratitude.
I have been keeping a gratitude journal for years now- in my darkest moments, it was 1 tool I used consistently to transform my negativity.
I have learned to be grateful for all things regardless of how my mind categorizes them in terms of duality.
This video touches me so deeply because it contains 3 of my favourite things- earth, sky & people.
Most importantly it has the main ingredient of real gratitude in my opinion- diversity.
When I can embrace the diversity, I then come to place of similarity and I grow in Oneness.
I truly encourage Fred and the team to add this video to the course.
