I think there is an excellent chance that the traitors in Washington are having a harder time getting away with things.  Still, if they have a chance to introduce weaponized bird flu to this country they will.  (They may very well create a false-flag incident at the Olympics, but that's another topic).  We're on our own in this; there will be NO help from the government.  Whatever you do, do NOT get a flu shot!  I haven't had one in over ten years, and I never get sick (knock on wood).
If your history consists of the typical American diet and pastimes, you will likely die in a pandemic because your immune system is shot to start with.  If you're reasonably healthy and can plan ahead, your chances of surviving can be good to excellent.  Having a stockpile of food and water so you can quarantine yourself is going to be important.  Do everything you can to boost your immune system, and stock up on the right supplements (if there's any interest, I can write more on that).  And hope we don't wind up needing all this stuff.

abroad to teach other countries what to do in earthquakes and other natural
disasters.

Quarantine, Quarantine, Quarantine
I have been asked repeatedly about how to quarantine
properly and so this private memorandum is being written to respond to
that question.
The first thing we need to consider is why we are quarantining.
Remember quarantine is due to a biological event and not a chemical or
nuclear incident. For these last two you should be sheltering in place.
A proper quarantine will protect you from what ever it is you are trying
to protect against, henceforth there will be discussing different stages
of quarantine.
1. The first and most basic stage is to go home lock
the doors and stay there. DO NOT try to seal up your home with duct tape
and plastic as you will not have enough oxygen to breathe within a very
short time. This method is used for chemical events where you need to be
indoors for a very short period of time. Most quarantines will last days
if not weeks and months. At this stage you can actually go out in to your
front yard or back yard and breathe the air just fine just as long as you
do not breathe someone else's air that might be infected with an airborne
communicable disease or virus. This could include certain animals and insects,
all depending on the biological involved.
All infected people should remain a good distance (minimum
20 feet) away from you and anyone else sheltering with you. Anyone (again
including certain animals and some insects) that has been in a possibly
infected area should be kept separate (quarantined separate) from you until
they have sought proper medical attention (if it is available) and been
cleared or they have run the course of waiting the required length of time
to be sure that symptoms will or will not show up.
Remember in most biologicals symptoms do not show up
for several days.
(Note from NSF - we have been examining the historical
record for latency and infectious periods (for example, for the 1918 pandemic
and for the unweaponized Avian Flu). The latency period could be up to
2 weeks. Our current best estimate is that people will start to notice
symptoms as soon as a week after disbursal of the pathogen; the disease
will, if especially virulent, cause death within 72 hours of first symptoms.
For example, if the pathogen were released, say, on August 23rd, people
would start to notice symptoms by the end of the Labor Day Holiday (Labor
Day is September 1st this year). By the time most students are back in
school, say, September 5th, the media would begin to notice and the public
authorities would be empowered to act, we suspect, within 72 hours of mass
media notice (we believe the alternative media might "get wind"
of the impending pandemic a day or a half day earlier). That brings us
to September 8th. We can expect national "lock down" and Martial
Law within a day or two, as people panic to obtain food and protection.
End of Internet communications; possibly of telephone as well. We note
that the "Pandemic Avian Flu Vaccine" is scheduled to be delivered
to the United States from the Chinese pharmaceutical plant where it is
being made during August.)
For mothers and other care givers wishing to attend infected
persons, especially children, during this time, a full biological protection
mask, gown, and gloves should be used and then disposed of properly. This
really should be avoided at all costs but trying to tell a mother she cannot
care for her children is sometimes near to impossible. Exposure time should
be set at a bare minimum. The proper shielding garments to be worn would
be a disposable non-breathable (Tyvek) suit (available at most paints stores),
a tight fitting (with two straps) N-95 or N-100 dust mask, and latex or
rubber gloves. All of this needs to be disposable. A better face mask with
biological filters is suggested.
It is important to remain quarantined for the suggest
length of time that the certain biological requires. This will vary from
biological to biological. This means no going to the store or to work or
church or school or . . . STAY HOME.
2. The second stage is for more serious conditions where
being around certain biologicals, even on the other side of a locked door,
posses a more serious problem. Usually at this stage a gas mask with a
biological filter is needed instead of a simple N-95 dust mask. Be wary
of official warnings as when to move to this level.
3. The third stage is the most serious and nothing other
than a level one suit is necessary. Again be wary of official warning as
when to move to this level although the common citizen should never be
involved with such procedures that would require this level.
What more can I say about this other than . . . STAY
HOME. If you prepare now you can do this. It really is not that hard.
Fourteen Point Plan
1. Have a Family Call-out Plan. When the pandemic starts,
activate the Call-out plan - calls out to every family member to get everyone
home ASAP.
2. If still on the road and/or in public, pull out gas
mask, with bio-filter, from kit in auto.
3. Keep radio tuned to local stations you trust for local
updates.
4. Upon arriving home, start quarantine process by bringing
everyone inside including pets.
5. Put a "Quarantine" sign on front door.
6. Start bio-in-house filter.
7. Set up decontamination station in garage with drapes,
shower, gloves, masks, and gowns.
8. Set up isolation rooms for possible sick family members
and guests
9. Start everyone on immune system boosters. [Note from

system support. We believe the alleged "Pandemic Avian Flu Vaccine"
may very well be dangerous and would be very careful about voluntarily
receiving it.]
10. (a) Check all electrical (solar, 12 volt, and battery)
systems in case of loss of power.
(b) Check water supplies, have everyone shower daily
until loss of water pressure.
(c) Check on possibility of working from home.
11. Request over the phone for advanced homework assignments
for school age children to be sent over the Internet
12. Check with contacts you trust for updates on problem.
13. Call your neighbors, on the phone, for distribution
of information sheets to neighbors upon confirmation of problem.
14. Prepare to pull out alternative heating/cooking/lighting/sanitation
measures to be used.

Well. I'm not a nutritionist or even a college grad, so folks should research for themselves and take what I say with a grain of salt...but I have actually learned a lot these last few years.

The immune system is a complicated series of chemical and biological reactions within the body that people have written books about, but basically we need to know how to give our bodies the raw materials they need to maintain homeostatsis and ward off invading pathogens. The time to begin is well before any crisis. I believe the place to begin is with the digestive system, for several reasons. In the first place, most people have a lousy diet that provides very little in the way of serious nutrition. And second, this is the main avenue for nutrition and medicines to enter the body as well as how we get rid of wastes.

The work of digestion takes up to 80% of the energy our bodies use. This means everything else we do - walking, talking, thinking, driving, working out - comes out of the remaining 20%. Anything we can do to streamline the process, freeing up energy for other metabolic processes, is to our advantage. Most people do not absorb nutrition efficiently, and they don't excrete waste efficiently either. The average out-of-shape American constantly has anywhere from 5 to 50 pounds of rotting waste in the gut that never gets eliminated. This is the source of a great deal of disease and mortality. So to begin with, getting the bowels working right is awfully important. One simple way to maintain bowel function is to take about 1000 mg of magnesium in the form of citrate, malate or asporotate in the evening before going to bed. Magnesium is a muscle-relaxer, so it helps us sleep, but it also attracts moisture into the large intestine and has a mild laxative effect in the morning. Very few people ever think of enemas, but they are a valuable health tool. Folks don't even like to talk about that....but once a week is a good health practice.

The best way I know to tone up the entire system is with enzymes. There are some very good enzymes supplements on the market, and when used properly they not only enhance digestion but address inflammation and immune response. You can't overdose on enzymes. Taken with meals they enhance digestion; taken between meals they are absorbed into the bloodstream and help arm the body's defenses. There are basically three classes of enzymes: protease, amylase, and lipase. Each of these is actually a category made up of literally thousands of individual enzymes, each with a specific purpose. Protease breaks down proteins, lipase breaks down fats, and amylase breaks down carbohydrates.

I'm trying to keep a complex topic real simple, especially because I don't want to get in over my head and give you wrong information. But I've become a huge believer in enzymes, and I suggest using them as an adjunct to any program of supplements. Protease-heavy enzyme formulas, taken between meals, helps break down the protein wall surrounding viruses, and this is how they are useful in the instance of a flu epidemic. There is, of course, lots more on this topic.

Enzyme supplements should be bought from a company that specializes in enzymes, and the label should be checked not only for specific enzymes in the mixture, but for a guarantee of potency at the time of consumption, not at the time of manufacture. The same applies to probiotics. Enzymedica, Enzymatic Therapy, Rainbow Light, and Garden of Life are all good companies. There's a German product called Wobenzym that is fantastic.

I think everybody should take five types of supplements: an organic, food-cultured multivitamin; fish oil for omega 3; a wide-spectrum antioxidant such as grapeseed extract; probiotics, and enzymes. This is just the basics. But you can break the bank buying supplements, so I try to take as few as possible. I'm in the fortunate position of getting free samples all the time from the companies, so I get to try many and even stockpile certain products.

If you get sick, there are specific items which are good to have around. Colloidal silver is one. I like to keep it around in both a dropper bottle and a nose spray. Any exposure to someone's cold or flu has me squirting my sinuses with this great germicide. Oregano oil is both antibacterial and antiviral, and can be bought in gel caps to taken by the drop. Grapefruit seed extract - called GSE so as not to confuse it with grapeseed extract - is also a strong antibacterial. It is a very thick liquid, like syrup, and it's used by the drop or taken in gel caps. There are many herbs that support the immune system. One of my favorites is graviola. Of course, everyone knows about echinacea and golden seal. Lomatium OSHA is an herbal tincture that is both antiviral and antibacterial. Anytime I'm around sick folks I squirt a few droppers full daily.

One of the simplest and greatest health aids is the neti pot.  These have been around for thousands of years.  A neti pot looks like a cross between a tiny teapot and a gravy separater.  You fill it with warm salt water and use it to rinse out your sinuses.  It's designed to create a seal between the rounded end of the spout and the opening of the nostril:  you just close your throat, tilt your head, pour the water in one nostril and it runs out the other.  This rids the body of dust, pollen and other allergens and pollutants.  I use mine every day, and can tell the difference if I don't.  If you think you're coming down with something or have a sinus infection, about 6-8 drops of GSE can be used instead of salt in the water.

I'm shooting from the hip here, and I know I could think of more things if I was sitting down to really pull info together from books and websites. The point is, natural supplements can and do perform better than pharmaceuticals when it comes to immunity and health. I'd have to be pretty darn sick to even consider taking anitbiotics or other pharmaceuticals, and I have not had anything like that in almost 20 years.

If this bird flu thing happens, the last place I'll go if I get sick is to the hospital. I'll go to bed, drink fluids and fast. I'll take Lomatium OSHA, colloidal silver and oreganol, and in 72 hours I'll either be dead, or on the road to recovery.

One thing I almost forgot to mention is kombucha tea. This is a fermented, living food that is probably the best single dietary supplement I know. Google it; you'll find thousands of pages. It's been in use for perhaps 5,000 years.

Hey Chris,

Please understand I'm not an expert on nutrition - pretty well informed perhaps, but that's about it.  I know what works for me.  Spirulina is a blue-green algae, one of those super-foods that packs concentrated nutrition.  It has a long history as a food, being used by the Aztecs and also in Chad for over a thousand years.  It is farmed in numerous locations around the world.

My problem with supplements like this is the cost.  Whether one company is better than another I don't really know.  Most of the companies that market spirulina specialize in algae products, so this lends credence to their quality.  I use spirulina mainly to color soap.

As for the "greens" supplements that are available, most of them incorporate not only blue-green algae but also vegetables and other phytonutrients.  They're very concentrated nutrition - and they cost accordingly.  I like some of the products a lot.  When I go to work this evening I'll see what I can find out about specific products.  I do like a small company right here in Escondido CA called Health Force.  They specialize in superfoods and do a great job.  I don't know if their products are available over a wide region, however.  They're local and pretty small.

the reason I brought it up is because I saw a little documentary that featured a spirulina farm and some new techniques for production and it made me think that these super food supplements may very well play a vital role in the near future concerning sustainable nutrition for the planet, the upside of technology so to speak.  Will be interesting to see how this develops.  Thanks for the leads......

I agree that these foods may play a major part in our future diet.  Poor farming methods and soil depletion have resulted in a large drop in the nutritive value of food crops since the 1940s.  It was right after WWII, when munitions manufacturers were casting about for something else to do with the nitrates and other chemicals they'd been producing for explosives, that intensive chemical fertilizing became the norm.  This produced beautiful and bountiful crops, but with only a fraction of the nutrition they'd contained previously.

These days, there is not just the fact that farmland is shrinking across the country.  What farming facilities do exist are being snapped up by the corporations as fast as they can.  I think a lot of us are going to wind up subsisting on what we can grow and barter.

And that may ultimately be a very good thing leading civilization back to real nutrition and sustainability if we are forced to grow our own food. This may or may not include a measure of attrition (def: a reduction in numbers usually as a result of resignation, retirement, or death), so let these corporations horde according to there fear of loss until they collapse from the weight of their insane folly, and may certain pockets and indigenous cultures grow like wildflowers of sustainability and golden age from the ashes (asses?) of man's latest apex of proud, blind ignorance, from and for mistaking force for power and superiority. I say this not as a judgment, but as an impatient hope for our collective insanity to hurry up and run it's course - run it right into the ground where it can become compost for a new age of sanity, harmony, peace and sustainability!!!!!!!! I ask the Mother Goddess and Balanced Energy Beings of Sirius and Orion to please please come and help us - please help us learn/understand and consolidate the supreme value of dismissing/rejecting this bogus, unbalanced, outrageous and myopic misuse of patriarchal energy, of manipulative despotic force and fear that has so disturbed the harmonious balance of this planet for the past 6000 years or so!!!!!
