    Hi, everyone!
I hope you're all doing well, and that spring is sprung in your part of the world - or fall is giving respite from the heat, for the folks down under.
I'm writing tonight because I'm slogging through a lot of tough emotional stuff and wondered how everyone else is doing.  And if my slogging makes you feel less alone, than that's a good thing, too.

    Hello, all.
I am writing tonight as I have just decided that I'd like to take a trip to Sedona, AZ in the spring of next year, and really don't know where to start in the planning.  I am guessing that at least a few people on this site will be familiar with Sedona enough to help me choose the best options for my trip.

Ten Things You Should Know Before Leaving Home
-
Handle compliments by simply saying "Why, thank you".
-
Some people work backstage; some play in the orchestra; some sing on stage; some serve in the audience as critics; some are there to applaud. Know who and where you are.
-
Never give yourself a haircut.

I just had an interesting experience happen to me last Sunday. I was at the Sweat You Prayers Five Rhythms dance, and towards the end of it when the music got to be soft and deep I had a flash of myself from the far future. I was seeing myself being over 80 years old, long grey hair, being in a very sunny place laughing and full of joy.
